Steer clear of this scam company! They show pics from other retailers and then send you the worst material, not even close to their pics. And, customer service? That's a joke. I showed them their ad and what I got, and they told me I would have to pay to return it and it would cost more than what I paid for the item! After 6 emails back and forth, they offered me 10-60% off to keep it. Do not fall for this scam company!

BUYER HEADS UP!! I would not even give this site ONE star. Dress was NOT as advertised, neither in quality of fabric nor in the color advertised. Very cheaply made. Based on prior reviews (wish I’d read them first), it’s doubtful they will respond to my request for a refund. If they do, I will revise my review.

do not buy from this site. you will not get your money back and the products are in poor condition. I ordered 3 products only received two out of three and they don't respond when you try to email them.

I bought a dress for my son's wedding. The dress is disgusting and it doesn't look like the one I ordered online. It arrived almost a month after my son's wedding. I keep sending it back but it keeps returning to my address. I just want my refund BACK!

Almost 4 months and we have not received the shipment and every time their excuses (bid demand on the product), it is not true. It is a fake company. do not deal with them, even returning money for refund they have not done. I lost my money

I ordered the Dresses and they didn't arrive until very late, I went on vacation and the post office sent them back to me and no one is answering my messages to send me the dresses again... I'm not satisfied that he doesn't answer my messages, only the robot...

BIGGEST SCAM EVER! Don't ever waste your money on this it's the worst thing I have ever purchased, I orded a lovely dress for my sisters wedding and they sent me absolute crap! It's like a plastic bag, such rubbish honestly, I have not ever seen anything like this!!!!!!

t was absolute crap that was sent to me. A picture of beautiful dresses is stolen and something similar to bedclothes is sewn together and sent to you with an important face.

I placed my order since 12th Aug and until now no shipping information or tracking number. This is a fake and scam,no refund at all.very disappointing. Don't consider to order from them,it's not legit ats a pure money ripped site.its so frustrating

I really liked them the material is not scratchy and it does not feel cheap!!! It looks just like the picture!!!!I would buy again!!!!

They are selling completely different products from they website! I ordered 4 dresses, i pains almost 200$ , they delivered me strange dresses that is 100% different than photos!! And it cost 1 dollars! Please report the page!

I brought a dress from the website for my daughter’s prom and when it arrived, I was completely disgusted by how the dress looked. It was nothing like the dress we had ordered and it looked as if they printed the design of the dress onto some cheap fabric. The dress was also ripped from the side when received and it was all very upsetting as I payed nearly £50 for the dress including shipping. The delivery also took really long and the website had written that the delivery time would take from 10-24 days which was enough time before the prom day. However the dress didn’t show up on the day of my daughter’s prom and it arrived a week after the prom. Would definitely not recommend this website as it is a completely scam.

Don’t buy from this website, it’s the worst! This is one of the nightmares and worst experiences I had in my life. They send me two potato semi plastic (synthetic) bags that I won’t even clean with it. Not even close or similar to what I saw in pictures. So fake and so ugly. I hope this review helps other costumers to choose not to buy from this website.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM. Instead of a dress they send you a potato-bag without buttons or zippers. Material is cheap synthetic and can 't be used even for cleaning floor.
Total waist of money. Never was so disappointed.

The dress was advertised as an embroidered mesh gown, and I got a synthetic mess not even worth £1 from a charity shop. The site will not even allow me to write a review and submit it with 1 star and it keeps rejecting it saying the email address was not valid as I did not place an order with the email address (I did)
