Terrible customer service, misleading website, lying about delivery times, overpriced items from China (which they don’t disclose to you albeit you find out from really bad third-party parcel tracker that they use) misrepresented as a European brand.

This is a scam company. Low quality products for such high prices. Delivery tragic. No customer support at all. Just avoid this scam Chinese company

Avoid Chicova – dishonest practices and refusal to comply with consumer rights

I ordered a product from Chicova and was immediately disappointed — the item did not match the description or quality shown on the website. I filed a formal complaint due to the product not conforming to the contract, but the store responded by offering only a return at my own expense, deducting 25% of the total price as a "restocking fee" and making me responsible for all customs and return shipping costs to China (!). They also tried to offer a 10% refund under the pretense of reducing CO2 emissions — a clear attempt to avoid responsibility.

After I sent a formal response referencing EU consumer law, the store's email address suddenly became invalid, and all contact was cut off. This is a clear and deliberate attempt to evade consumer complaints and silence dissatisfied customers.

I strongly advise against purchasing from Chicova — this company shows no respect for consumer rights, employs misleading practices, and tries to avoid legal obligations. I have reported them to the appropriate consumer protection
