I used the service from Rockford ILL to ohare to get on a flight for my daughters wedding. I am 85 years old and don‘t walk well
The pick up was early in the am and the communications for logistics were awful.
Far too much work to get a lift.

Spoke with Kayolan the owner on the phone at 4:30 am just before my pick up.
He apologized for the confusion and said he would pick me up for my return at no charge

When I arrived at O’Hare the driver asked for my credit card and I said I spoke with the owner and the ride would be free.

The driver was unaware of the prior situation on my outbound ride and the words of Kayolan and I ended up paying anyway.

Kayolan should be ashamed of himself.
Your word is your integrity
Customer service is key and I will never use them again.

I made an online reservation with this company since nobody would answer the phone. They have such nice reviews I figured I wouldn't have any issues. This morning at 5am I was waiting for the car to show up and nothing. I couldn't reach anyone and had no contact from their driver so I had to take my own vehicle which is now going to cost me an arm and a leg because I'm away for 3 weeks! I just got onto the IM with the company and they told me that "I made the mistake". Really? Someone actually just said that in writing to me- to their customer who they screwed over? They're insistent that I will pay the full price even though I plugged in my entire flight detail and confirmation number. And they're telling me I made the mistake! LOL Pure crap!

Had a great experience with the limousine ride from Naperville to O'Hare. Driver was friendly and a good driver.

I was impressed by the professionalism and speedy service.

Great service, reliable and on time. Would recommend this company ! Smooth airport transport and great conversation too.
