YOU HURT YOUR CUSTOMER BASE WHEN YOU PARTNERED WITH THE WORST SHIPPERS IN CANADA CALLED PUROLATOR

I loved the Children's Place up until it partnered with the worst shipping company in Canada named Purolator. Dealing with Purolator is traumatic. The Children's Place does not help you sort out shipping issues with its partner Purolator, they totally abandoned you.

If I had known upfront that The Children's Place would ship my order through Purolator, I would NEVER have shopped at their store, but no one tells you the truth upfront, they just force you to bear the brunt of a business deal they made with the worst shippers in Canada.

The Children's Place, you have lost a customer. I love your store, but your shipper PUROLATOR sucks the joy out of everything I order from your store. I believe you know that Purolator is the worst; you cannot not know that. What do you gain by partnering with such shippers who have zero commitment to your customers? Is it cheaper? Are you saving more money? What do you gain? You are hurting the confidence your customers have in you.

I will never buy from your online stores again. Purolator is a NIGHTMARE!

The prices and sizes are good.The…

The prices and sizes are good.The quality of footed sleeper are horrible. The material is a thin fleece with horrible grippers at the bottom. My 1 year old slides all over our floor. The snow boots with glittler and a thin fur lining are hard and don't give. Upgrade your materials. The return policy for in store purchases are horrible. I may close my credit card and just purchase clothes for kids with Target. Montgomery malls items are picked over and the white lady customer service rep was a liar

DO NOT SHOP AT THE CHILDRENS PLACE

This scam of a place! I placed a $140 order, they did not send me my sons jacket and refuse to refund me! A place that scams like this does not deserve any customers! They steal $ from hard working ppl and scam them! Then dismiss it and treat you like you are nobody!

Children's Place is HORRIBLE

Children's Place is HORRIBLE! The quality is questionable but it is a true testament of you get what you pay for. There always seems to be some sort of shipping issue which I do understand is not their problem to an extent but now its getting to the point where it is bad for business. Ship with another company if need be. Ordered clothing on October 9th, and November 7th still no order and apparently won't be getting it because UPS cancelled my shipment. So I would have just been waiting in limbo for a package that was never going to arrive. I only have these kind of issues with Children's place. i needed those clothes for a special event and the Children's place in my area did not have them in store. Never, and I do mean never again. I've had enough.

Absolutely horrible!!

Absolutely horrible!!! I ordered a package online about $54.00, on September 11, they said they have delivered it on September 20th I was home and nothing came to our door or the mailbox, I called them they said call us in a week, since then I’ve called them every week back and forth, explaining all over again each time and every time the customer service was saying something different. In the last call which was 2 days ago, they told me to call Canada Post, I called them they said the children place should call us I called back and forth with Children Place again and at the end they told me call us in a week as always anyway long story short they make you to say I don’t want my parcel, I don’t want my money, just go to hell and let me live

Lovin' This Shrug, Shirt and denim leggings

I recently ordered my little girl a cookie dough Thankful For My Family Shirt that I could not absolutely resist ! Of course I had to order a pair of Faux Denim Leggings to go with the shirt which absolutely looked gorgeous on my girl !
Then I absolutely fell in love with the Sweet Nothing Pink Shrug That looked so beautiful on my baby girl!

No customer service

No customer service. You call snd listen to a long message then they say extreme call activity so please call back later. I needed to return & make a size change on an item already received. Not happy. Would not recommend!!!

Torture!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG these mfs have been sending me thru the ringer for FOUR MONTHS NOW! I CLOSED the mf account back in MARCH of this year, and paid it off in June. These bi+che$ leave TWO DOLLARS on my account then start charging me late fees!! I get a mf bill in August say $139?!!?! The fuk?!?! I wish I knew where their corporate office was, I'd set that mf on 🔥. The nerve of you people!! I've never seen such a dysfunctional company with ridiculous billing practices.

BUYER BEWARE OF ON-LINE PURCHASE.
I placed an on-line order (approx $58.00) on 8/14/22 with delivery in 3-4 days. By 8/19 it still did not arrive. I was required to be at another location for 45 days leaving on 8/20. I contacted the on-line merchant and was told they could not redirect the package or cancel the order but I could re-order the merchandise and have it shipped to the new address and when I returned in 45 days, I could return the original order for a refund. So that is what I did. I returned home the evening of day 45. On day 46, I contacted the on-line merchant to process the return. I was told that the return period had expired by one day and they would not accept the return. I explained the extenuating circumstances and indicated that the merchandise was still in its original shipping package (unopened) but they still refused to process a refund.

The situation ultimately had a positive outcome. I decided to drive 20+ miles to one of The Children's Place physical stores. I explained the situation to the manager and a refund was immediately processed.

The worst merchant I've ever dealt with…

The worst merchant I've ever dealt with I placed a order for my toddler a coat on 09/09/22. Today is now 09/22/22 they clearly see I have not received it and it's clearly lost in transit. They do not want to resend or refund me my money. There greedy to the fullest extent once you purchase that's all that matters to them they don't value there customers customer service including the supervisor is rude period.

PRICES JACKED UP RIGHT BEFORE A SALE

I don't think I will be shopping at children's place any longer. They are thieves and I'm surprised they haven't been sued more for jacking up the price then offering a "sale" It is unethical. It is supposed to be tax free week so I went shopping for my daughter and surprise their toddler jeans were jacked up to $40 EACH but supposedly were on sale. I bought my last item from there. Childrens clothes that are RIDICULOUSLY overpriced.

Stock issues

I ordered my children’s school clothes which had a total of 33 items, 19 were cancelled due to no stock. However, the website still has the majority of those items in stock in the size I was purchasing. Costumer service apologized and was able to issue a coupon to make up for the coupon I used on my order after 30 minutes and 2 different people(first one ended the chat after being gone for 5 minutes)

Childrensplace is SCAM..

I made the purchase for more than hundred dollars, they charged in my creditcard and then CANCELLED my order without any explanation.
So i need to work with my bank to cancel and return what i paid...

Children place has the worst customer…

Children place has the worst customer service...Especially the Layton Hill Mall in Layton. The Store Manager Audery was not very helpful. My daughter was gifted a jeans for her birthday and it was the wrong sized. I ask if I could exchange it for a different size but the size I needed was unavailable. The only thing she could do was for me to find something in the clearance that was same price;( $13.99) so she showed me the clearance rack and said look at the tags with $13.99 and left. I though she would help me out, but she was busy talking to her coworker in the cash wrap. I was already frustrated I could not find anything that is for $13.99. I ask if I could get a store gift card so I can get something else, Audrey said that the company do not do instore gift card without receipt. Audrey did mention that I should sell it at Facebook YardSale or eBay. I don't have time for that...I explain to her it was gifted to my daughter. This company is only about money and they really don’t care about their customers. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND and force you to waste your money. OTHER COMPANIES GIVE YOU A REFUND without giving a hard time and make sure that their customers are satisfied. I will never buy from them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM CHILDREN’S PLACE

My order said that it was delivered but I never received it. I called and asked the representative if I can get a refund and he said no. So I asked to speak with his manager and his manager said he can’t do anything to give me a refund which is not right and so unprofessional. They were treating us like if we’re liars, it’s not our fault that the carrier doesn’t take a picture of the package when a package is delivered to a door.
This company is only about money and they really don’t care about their customers. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND and force you to waste your money. OTHER COMPANIES GIVE YOU A REFUND without giving a hard time and make sure that their customers are satisfied. I will never buy from them again. I WILL BE LETTING OTHER PARENTS KNOW ABOUT HOW THIS COMPANY TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Absolutely awful my first package was…

Absolutely awful my first package was delivered to a neighbor luckily I was able to get it the second one said it was delivered but I was home at the time and it wasn’t , I checked every where then I waisted 40 minutes trying to get help with there customer service and got absolutely none ! I am appalled at there customer service and will never be ordering from them again

Run,…

I used to love this company .until we bought our child some shoes.the same size and one pair was to big and the other pair was to small
We contacted them.they ignored us. Of course you ignore a customer .they go away,but this is are money
All we wanted was for them to send us a free return label to return them and give us a full refund
Once we finally did get in touch with them.they we're cold and rude.
They told me to go to the store and return them or exchange them for a bigger size
I explained to them.its not our fault you sent us a defective product they asked for proof of purchase. pictures the whole nine yards and it still wasn't good enough.
They admitted. both shoes should of been the same size and fit the same,but they weren't giving in on fixing the issue
.
Then they started to ignore all the emails then we had to email them again.because when you blow off a customer .the ticket number exspires and you need to start all over again.

We have not bought anything else from this company nor there sister companies.since they ripped us off.

We won't do buisness with a company like this .run.
