First Stag I've been to booked via ChilliSauce and it was great! Super useful to be able pay month on month and everything was sorted and arranged for us. Activities were great and we had a cracking time!

I'm not going to say this company is terrible because obviously people have had great experiences but for myself, it was not. I imagine this company does so well because of the 'convenience' of the organisation by them, not because they are cost effective or actually provide any real value, at all.

I grew suspicious with them early on when they wanted to charge the event an extra £400 to change two double rooms (out of 5 in total) to one triple room and one single room. £400?! I wasn't asking for an extra room... I also was not told there would be an extra charge for this when I enquired in the very first phone call with the company, I was told everything will be changeable, no problem, as was the theme of that initial phone call. Not to mention, the hotel website/booking.com shows that a single room is slightly cheaper than a double and a triple is only slightly more expensive which means it would be a very small amount more, so where does hundreds come from? When I questioned this, I was told it was the supplier. In other words, blaming the hotel. Nothing could be done apparently. I found out Chillisauce were charging around £2100 for our accommodation compared to a rough average of £1200-1300 for the same hotel on Booking.com for similar dates - that's some mark up for making a booking!

This wasn't the only thing that I worked out.. A quick google for transfers from Krakow airport to the hotel and a return was around £200 for 10 people. Chillisauce transfer costs? slightly shy of £800.

I had lost trust with my event manager at this point because of her reluctance to answer my questions directly. So I went digging for some transparency on the costs of everything. I asked for a breakdown of the activity costs, accommodation costs, transfer costs and what the Chilisauce fees were for each. After all, they shouldn't have anything to hide should they? They're merely a third party middle man, making a small mark up for organising something that most would presume would be a better rate as it is a group booking, through their connections and I'm a willing paying client at this point with £500+ of deposit paid... I guess they do have something to hide because I was refused any transparency! The event manager cited confidentiality with the supplier!?

Before I could even express my shock at this, I was offered a full refund for all members of the booking including the deposit we had all paid - without me even asking for a refund! This smells off, right? Any company that is unable to be transparent is not trustworthy in my eyes and any company willing to give up a deposit without even being pressed for it, well, I'll let you think what you think about that.

Anyway, this is just my experience, I have the email conversations to back everything up that I have said, make a decision to use them at your own will but be aware! I imagine you could do a hell of a lot better job at organising your event yourself, for much less cost and much less headache.

Needless to say, I took the refund and cancelled the event.

Recently used Chillisauce to help organise a stag do and what a great company and especially Daisy who was very informative, always at the end of the phone and incredibly good at finding some excellent events for us to enjoy. Well worth the money all events which included Go Carting, beer biking and Paint ball, all superbly run by professional people always with safety in mind. Our venue was Bournemouth with so many pubs and eating places to choose from. A real popular area for such events. Chillisauce offer so much help and information to make your excursion one to remember.

Really helpful account managers, i did have 3 during my time but each introduced themselves ans were very helpful. No issues on the day of the hen but numbers provided incase there were any.
All round loved chillisauce and being able to spread the cost of the hen.

Chilisauce make booking an event for a group so much easier. Takes away the hassle of chasing people for payments and sorting out the bookings. The staff are great and I definitely recommend using chilisauce for stags/hens or anything of the sort.

I would also like to say thank you to our guides for our time there, Balint and Szonja, they made us feel welcome, and helped us with any issues we had or questions, and made sure we had all the information we needed for the activities we were doing so we knew what was going on.

I just returned from a 4 day stag do in spain with 16 of us.
We paid 370 each for 4 nights, which included the hotel and a short ride from the airport,
Three men crammed into a room with three single beds next to each other at the Marina Resort Benidorm. The hotel treated us like criminals upon our arrival. Deposit and a stupid wristband.
We were charged nearly 1000 pounds for an awful room, which was like a prison cell.

The normal price for a room is about 150 per night. We all expected a lot more for the money we gave you. Is Chilli sauce making £100 per night commission? If they are, it is profiteering.

Chillisauce made our group booking really straightforward. We were booking for a stag do in Bristol which was great fun!

Chillisauce was a great tool for organising a fantastic hen do. The whole party had a fantastic time. Our stay was a weekend in Manchester. The hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. All activities were perfect too.

Chilli Sauce came highly recommended and I can see why. From the initial contact to the event everything was seamless. The events were well organised and a great time was had by all. The portal and member area made it easy for all guest to pay when they needed too and were very easy to accommodate late joiners to the weekend. Our rep was very responsive and helped make sure everything ran as we expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to use chilli sauce again in the future and already have recommended to others looking to book stag events in the near future.

I recently had the pleasure (and stress) of being a best man for an upcoming wedding and having to organise the stag do.

This was my second time using Chillisauce for stag planning, after experiencing the events planned first as an attendee earlier in 2024 in Dublin.

Chillisauce makes it really easy to pick a destination, create an itinerary through a mix of options for all types of people, and collect the money too. We chose Nottingham and went for the foot golf, Bottomless brunch, challenge master and bierkeller. All of the organisers expected us and were ready to begin right on schedule. The hosts of each event also brought the fun and laughs to make it feel like a very unique experience, something you wouldn't get if trying to organise everything yourself.

We did also have two dropouts during the planning process, having already planned and paid for their attendance. Chillisauce made it easy for us to draft in a couple of other attendees in their absence. Having a platform that requires each person to pay their share on direct debit also meant I didn't need to nag my friends too much which was great.

Overall, would really recommend it if you're looking to make your life 10x easier.
