Obviously when they arrived they were not the same quality as advertised, plus my delivery was split and the 3rd dress was a completely different one, not the dress I had bought.

Fake, fake. I got a coat. But bad quality and not the same as the models were. I have send a mail to get my money back but no answer.
I bought 2 coats from them. I actually got 2 coats but very different than what they sell on their website : the coats are not made from sheepskin at all. They are very low quality the same that you can buy at AliExpress for 10 euro. They are very thin and really not nice, obviously not the same coats that the models wear on their website. They come in a cheap plastic bag without any label explaining the material from what is made. I wanted to send them back and their address doesn't work. So I sent a message via their website. They answered that I had to pay the sending. Their address is in China in some warehouse(and they claim on the website that the coats are made in Europe) and because I live in the Netherlands I have to pay 72 euro to send them back. The reviews they have on their website are fake. Everything they write on their website is fake.
