They put customers' needs first.

A measure of how this company puts its customers’ needs before its own narrow financial ones was illustrated recently. Having received great service from them before we called them out on a boiler emergency. They could well have taken, and offered to take on the job but advised that in this particular case we would get a more certain price (with a year’s insurance thrown in) if we went to the boiler manufacturer. Truly honest trader – not to mention highly competent.
