As a wedding photographer, I have had the pleasure of working at Old Luxters on numerous occasions, and I must say, it's a truly amazing venue. From the moment you step into this 18th century converted barn, you are greeted by its charming rustic appeal and the warm and inviting atmosphere. The modern conveniences are discreetly located, ensuring that the focus remains on the event itself.
The venue is versatile, with seating for up to 114 guests and drinks receptions for up to 150 guests, making it ideal for weddings of any size. During my time at Old Luxters, I have seen the venue transformed into a magical celebration space, customized to suit the needs and tastes of each couple. The reception barn, bar area and raised gallery with DJ console all provide ample space for dining, dancing and making memories that will last a lifetime.
The beautiful orchard to the left of the barn is the perfect location for a marquee or even a yurt, providing an idyllic outdoor space for your guests to relax and mingle. I have seen this area transformed into a lively cocktail bar, a sophisticated dining space, and even an outdoor dance floor, providing endless possibilities for creating a unique and unforgettable wedding celebration.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Old Luxters to anyone looking for a venue with a warm, charming and versatile atmosphere. With its flexible space, personalized services and breathtaking orchard, this venue is truly the perfect choice for any special occasion.
