Delivery to wrong address
I’ve usually had great service from you in the past, but this time, when I wanted a time critical delivery, you delivered to the wrong address. You delivered to an old address even though the new address had been supplied. Luckily, a family member was able to send it by messenger to the correct address and it arrived on time.

I had order flowers from Alaska for my girlfriend in in Guangdong Province, China.
My girlfriend got called into work that day so the delivery called to fix the location to my girlfriend work.
The customer service was much much better then in America.
The flowers where very fresh and extremely well put together.
