So disappointing, not worth the money

So disappointing. I have tried this takeaway, 7 or 8 times now and it's just game over now. Unfortunately the takeaway choice in Kelso is very poor and limited and the only other chinese is not good either.

Time after time I get a dish that is just awful, several times a chicken curry is watery, and full of chunky carrot slices!!! What chinese person worth their chopsticks, puts carrot in a curry!!!???? The chips are usually reheats, chewy and greasy..consistently. Chicken fried rice gets drier every time. The last straw was getting a chicken satay dish, again full of carrots! with no flavour, no texture, thin and watery and tasteless..... gutted. My partner also tries different orders to maybe get a good one, but no...none are enjoyable. None of the dishes are ever one you would say was great, they are at best 'acceptable' if you are lucky..but having tried this place over and over getting same result, which is "I didn't enjoy that".. it is just not worth the fuel to get there or the cost. Poor quality. I am now learning to make ourselves at home. China Red, you need to step it up a gear, satay should taste of coconut and peanut and have flavour! Curry should NOT HAVE CARROTS IN IT, AND PLEEEEEEEEAASE, STOP REHEATING CHIPS AND RICE!
