Fake Mandarin Tutors

Do not trust this website.

I was looking for a way of improving my Mandarin level and I found that this website offers a lot of mandarin tutors in several countries. When I contacted them, they replied with a very professional-looking e-mail offering 24h support and tailored online courses among other things.
However, it turns out that they do not have any teachers anywhere but in Shanghai, where a woman (Katherine Liu /Shijuan Liu) is the one who manages everything.

Once I had paid (through PayPal), she found all type of excuses for not starting the course and, when she sent me the course material it was not what we had discussed. She became extremely rude when I asked to tailor the course to my actual level as we had discussed. She also started insulting me when I asked for a refund and she even sent me a screenshot of her negative PayPal funds mocking me and affirming that she would never give me a refund.

Luckily, after reporting everything to PayPal, they decided to refund me the money.

In conclusion, if you want to learn mandarin, please, do not trust this website. She also works with another website called "globalchinese.ucoz"
