Gutted. After paying to have my 3 rescue cats micro chipped I now find that I have to pay a further £36 to change their address after my move when you do all the work to update it online yourself! I’m unable to work due to health issues and receive no benefits. They are all house cats now and really can’t afford the fee! So they are all going to be registered at an old address. 😡Should be a lifetime payment at the time of microchipping if you’re updating yourself online.
I contacted this firm to cancel membership as we sadly lost our pet, turns out I was not registered with them but the staff went out of their way to tell me which company the microchip was registered with and provided contact details.
They truly went above and beyond and I wasn’t even a customer, if I ever get another pet I will certainly be using them.
Awful worse microchip company I’ve had to deal with as a charity, NOT RECOMENDED
