Partnering with Chirpn to build the Frugal Finds by Arukah Shopify store has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. I’ve had the privilege of working with Chirpn IT software company on developing multiple websites as well as a comprehensive digital platform to manage my database. What truly sets them apart is their forward-looking approach — they are always up to date with the latest AI technologies and implement them in ways that add real value to the project.

Their team is not only highly talented and creative but also very structured in execution. They manage servers with great efficiency, ensuring smooth performance and security at all times. I was particularly impressed with the way they handle resources — they have multiple experts available across different skill sets, so if one person is unavailable, a substitute steps in seamlessly. These people have claimed to be the developers behind the Utillz team who developed the "Brikk" theme on themeforest.net. I purchased and installed their theme but soon found out that it was lacking certain options that are required for my use case.

I got in touch with them via email, explained what I wanted (paid custom work) and we scheduled an online meeting.

During our online meeting we discussed the things that needed fixing/adding/programming.

They have said that they would have to go away and think about it and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago, nothing. I have sent a follow up email to see what's up but that was also not answered and ignored.

My conclusion is that they are not professional. I can also see by a lot of comments on themeforest.net (under "Brikk" theme) that they promise and never deliver any new features or updates for the theme. I would steer clear away from them, especially if you require custom work on any of their themes or general development.
