One star is still too good. Ordered on a british (?) website, paid a korean (??) bank account, got email confirmations from several different senders, for example a tracking code from the netherlands (???), got the wrong pair of shoes, wrapped in plastic.
Tried to reach someone but all emails came back, mailboxes did not exsist. Tried to call the US (????) phonenumber from the website which only cost me more money and nervs, reached no real person who could solve the problem.
Dont buy from this fake site.

How my order was dealt with
Myself:I made an order for grey Nike’s and received white Nike’s that had no box and marks on them, I’m really unhappy as these trainers were for my boyfriends birthday. I’d like to return them please and want my money back ASAP please as I don’t work and need to go to jd sports near my home to buy my boyfriend a new pair from a reliable store. Could someone email me back with how to return and get my money back please.

Myself: No that’s not acceptable there not what I wanted I’d like a refund please of £81 that’s what I paid and the trainers have black scuff marks on the front. Please can you sort my refund out to my bank account or I’ll have to take this problem further in your company.

can't even order and no email to write to

I ordered a pair of black and white shoes. And after 4 weeks i recieved the wrong pair of shoes. No box only wrapped in plastic.
