The chocolate and service is fantastic but I have given a mediocre rating due to the packaging.
It is sad to see that in this day and age, the tin refills are individually wrapped in plastic. Such a waste, all that plastic when the company is presenting itself as a more luxurious chocolate producer. More care for the environment please!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this gorgeous Panama dark chocolate!! It’s by far the BEST dark chocolate I have ever tasted, and I have tasted quite a lot! I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this chocolate and it’s completely addictive and I would not even bother looking at, or try tasting any others now, as I know it’s unbeatable. It’s also creamy smooth and velvety as it slowly dissolves in the mouth, so a beautiful consistency and texture. If there were a hundred stars to give this chocolate, I would, but, even then, that would not be enough. Thank you chocolate and love💝💝💝

Truly delicious, creamy chocolate and so beautifully packaged. I love that it's ethically sourced and organic, and that it's also gluten-free so my mum can enjoy eating it! I can honestly say that no other chocolate compares.

My absolute favorite chocolate 🍫 The taste of each their chocolates are excellent and I love the fact that it’s super clean, fairtrade and organic.

The flavor Sea Salt & Caramel is my favorite chocolate! Not too sweet, not too bitter, really perfect. 😋

My wife and I became Vegan a few years ago , we both love chocolate and had to suffer a lot of disappointments before finding Chocolate and Love, their vegan chocolate is the best around and it’s not just for Vegans, everyone can enjoy it.

Customer service and delivery is spot on and the free chocolates we received in our parcel was a nice touch.

My order took a long time to come hence the 4 stars. The chocolate itself is lovely very tasty :)

My sister is a really discerning when it comes to chocolate . I wanted to find something really special for her as a Christmas treat. I found Chocolate and Love and thought I would try their chocolate. I am so glad I did, I have tried their Passion fruit bar and I have got to say, it is the nicest chocolate I have ever had. My sister should love her Christmas chocolate treat. I will buy more.

This is my absolutely favourite chocolate it is so smooth and creamy even though dark chocolate, and it is chocolate with a heart as they are fair trade too. excellent company. The coffee chocolate is my favourite chocolate of all time, but the pomegranate and orange are also absolutely delicious

I’ve just been given a bar of the dark choc with caramel and sea salt as a thank you present. As others have said, it’s absolutely delicious and beautifully, sustainably packaged.I will definitely order some as Christmas gifts.

I received the Madagascar Dark Chocolate 70% box of 120 x 5.5g bars as a gift, and both the quality of the chocolate and packaging are exceptional! The gift also came with a free taster for some of the other flavours - which were also delicious! I cannot wait to try the other products on offer and I will certainly be using Chocolate and Love for presents (and personal indulgence) in the future!

Very efficient service, chocolate arrived well wrapped. I love this chocolate and the ethos of fair trade. I bought the dark Neapolitan selection to put into hollow Easter eggs for our Easter egg hunt!

The design packaging and branding is really beautiful and the chocolate product itself is equally divine - both totally tasteful! I love it and will be back to order more.
