Is Choiceful still trading in UK? I have tried several times to register and it will not let me, and there is no phone number nor can I connect for live help because it keeps requiring me to edit my details. I have tried using 3 e-mail addresses. If Choiceful UK reads this, please ring me on 07595 652883

I have been shopping at choiceful.com a lot over the last four or five years, so I know how they are to deal with. My experience with them tells me that they are both cheap and reliable. I have always received the good within the promised time. I have tried a couple of times where an item I bought on choiceful.com was defective (it happens, it is of course not choiceful's fault). In these situations I have written their customer service and within a few hours they create a new order and start the process of sending a replacement for me. All in all I will say that choiceful.com has never disappointed me, so I can only recommend shopping there.

I absolutely love Choiceful.com. The total ordering online and delivery is hard to beat. Choiceful.com has great customer service and stands by their buyers. Their website is easy to navigate and they carry everything. The only warning I would give is that when purchasing through Choiceful sometimes you are buying through another company that is listing their product on Choiceful.com. You can see several companies may be listing the same item and you can chose which you prefer. The biggest problem is that people jump too quickly onto the cheapest price. Remember cheaper isn't always better look at the ratings and know that the reduced price could be because they have bad ratings so the price is to entice you over to them. I always go with the more reputable option and to be honest the price difference is normally only a few dollars. Not worth the headache of chasing the other company down to get your order!

Choiceful.com seems to have been around forever. About a month ago I bought a used microwave. Great price, great book and no problems at all. I used Choiceful.com some years ago and it did not go so well. However, my recent experience I can highly rate. The product arrived very fast and in great condition, i really can not fault the service that i was given both with the communication and how fast the dispatch was. They really seemed to have improved how they do things which is great for someone like me who would prefer to get good deals on old stuff. All in all i would definately recommend this to friends as the service that i received was second to none. Good work Choiceful.com.

I ordered a tawa (chappati pan) from choiceful.com, it came but didnt look like the one in the pic. On sending it back i was advised to post it to a PO BOX, i sent it recorded delivery but the indian speaking lady (who seems to be the only one in customer service and manager) kept saying that she did not recieve it. Most of the time she didnt know what i was talking about apparently and I had to repeat myself often. Then she stopped taking all my phonecalls and would only answer if I rang from another number and not even withheld!. I got no refund and couldnt be asked to continue asking for one. This site is a CON, pls dont make the same mistake i did and go somewhere reputable. Trading standards would have been involved if the product was more than a few pounds!. If you see any good reviews about this site treat with caution and assume they wrote those themselves, there are enough bad reviews out there about them, i just wished i searched for a review first! I would give them 0 stars if there was an option for it.
