Delighted customer
Both the garden deer arrived on time with a call about 30min before arriving as promised. One of the boxes was damaged and the driver opened the box it up so we could check it was not damaged. This was reassuring as this not not been the case with a previous company. A huge bonus was that they were also both cheaper for the same product. At long last I now happily have my long awaited 70th birthday present. A great service Thankyou

I ordered a garden mirror from this company, I had already got 2 identical mirrors from a previous company that had discontinued the mirrors so when I found this Company had the mirror I wanted I was thrilled! The special delivery was great and the communication regarding the delivery was good. One reason I did not give five stars was because it took weeks for my order to arrive.

Stay AWAY: No table - No refund
Ordered a dining table and paid 50% deposit in February. CFS said item would be delivered in May, then they said July. Table was not delivered in July as promised. I asked for my deposit to be refunded. They said no problem, but would take 3 weeks (was confirmed by email). 3 weeks later I had not received my money back. I called them again and to my surprise they said CFS went into liquidation. They said it is possible to get my money back but would take an additional 21 business days. Is this a joke? I would not trust buy anything from them. I have got my credit card provider involved.

Coffee table
I bought a fluted coffee table from Choice Furniture. Such a pleasure from run of the mill tables. It is absolutely beautiful. Even I, an elderly person could assemble. Delivery was on time, with a most polite driver too. I asked for further literature on their fluted range with the view of buying more.

3 orders for my mother all cam ad expected an item was out of stock I received a refund and found an alternate good quality items one set did not have fitting instructions but to be fair I asked for a copy and the got them directly from the manufacturer and emailed them over so this shows that there customer service is good thank you

Ordered bench and was informed immediately that it was ordered. When it was despatched. Asked when it would be convenient for me to receive it. Arrived, well packaged, so easy to assemble. Two nuts to tighten. Looks lovely, and at a great price. In a garden centre near me for a lot more. Fantastic service and value.
