This is the most cheating site

This is the most cheating site. Deliberately they will allow for payment without any minimum restriction and after payment, tell about minimum amount for delivery. They will not charge for delivery. When additional amount is paid, they will never respond or will try to loot more money. Hopeless business. Definitely you will loose money. Never pay any amount. I lost Rs.599/- and further, they are demanding 601/- for a value of Rs.601/-. They mislead by saying Rs.2/- less and after payment they are demanding further full amount. They are not accepting balance of Rs.2/- nor they will refund money. This is a spam. Please don't loose money. They are cheating the public. They should be arrested by crime police.

Unhappy Experience at Choosemycart

I ordered 3Kg Shelly Govindabhog rice through Choosemycart. The payment of Rs 480/- was by G pay and was accepted. However the status continued as payment pending.I then mailed to the customer care of Choosemycart for help.As of now no reply from them.
A couple of hours after making the payment , a supervisor from Choosemycart called me and informed ,for the Shelly Govindabhog rice ,the minimum to be purchased was 10 Kg.I was so directed to make a payment for another 7Kg rice.As I was not interested in this I asked him to refund the payment I had made before. This he refused, citing company policy. As a alternative he advised me to make some other purchase into which the amount can be adjusted. This also was against my interests ,to which the representative expressed his helplessness in the issue.
I once again mailed the helpline of the company. Again no reply.
If the policy of the company is to sell Shelly Govindabhog rice with minimum 10Kg orders,it must either have been clearly let known to the buyer.Or the payment must not have accepted. Moreover reputed online sites have transparent full refund policies without hassles.Choosemy cart does not appear to have it.
To conclude I lost Rs 480/- after visiting this site.
