I think there's nothing the company can do. I believe the ball is really in my court. I'm hopeful that the meds decrease the cravings, I feel like they have somewhat. I think I'm drinking less overall, except for, of course on band practice nights. I"m Not a hard alcohol drinker, beer mainly & a glass or two of wine with dinner. I'll stick with the program as long as I feel I'm progressing.

Definitely successful at cutting back- can’t explain it, but I am very pleased. Much less alcohol consumption and have lessoned hard liquor to one or two drinks per week at this point, although I still consume wine and beer. I have started drinking wine spritzers and switched to light beer most of the time.
