Items not received, Chop Shop never responded, had to claim via PayPal
Placed an order with Chop Shop which didn't arrive. I contact them directly and eventually had to raise a claim via PayPal to recover my money.
They could have at least responded to my request. Also, as a member of the Planetary Society who use Chop Shop for their merchandise, I will be making clear that they should end their relationship with this poor excuse for a company.
UPDATE: Once the seller was contacted by PayPal for the refund, they suddenly contacted me, asking me to cancel the dispute (which I did in good faith) and since then, they have not responded to any communications, or sent my items. The seller was obviously aware I wouldn't be able to raise another case for non-delivery so tricked me out of my money.

I only discovered this review today. I paid to ship this order to the UK and here is the line from my shipping invoice:

Sadly some international packages go missing and never return here either. It is pretty rare and when we get complaints like this we usually just send out another order. Especially ones like this. It was just a $17 order for stickers. So the re-shipping is not costly as it is so lightweight.
I will see if I can reach Graham now and send another along despite it being 2 years old. :(
