Very disappointed with Cris and Sons
Very disappointed with Cris and Sons. I purchased a Wahl clipper from them in October last year, and the blade attachment broke during normal use. When I contacted them, they refused to replace or refund the faulty product.
I've been a loyal customer for several years and have spent thousands of pounds with this company, so I expected much better customer service. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products should be of satisfactory quality and durable, but they showed no interest in resolving the issue.
Sadly, this experience has cost them a long-term customer. I won't be buying from them again and cannot recommend them based on how they treat loyal customers when something goes wrong.
