Used material (second time)
Due to my mistake I bought from this store again. The first time, two or three years ago, I bought some pants from them that were used and they didn't take care of it. I didn't buy more in the store, but out of forgetfulness, I saw an offer for some heated gloves and bought them. When they arrived to me they were quite used, even the box was broken in several places, the batteries were open, the cables were not collected properly. I asked them to pick them up and return me a truly new product (which is what I was paying for). They said that if I wanted a refund I would have to pay for the transportation. I had to agree to keep them and they offered me a small discount. Material such as gloves should not be allowed to be used and returned.
Do not use they are a shambles
Do not use they are a shambles. Ordered Dianese boots on ebay on Monday. On Tuesday I Sent them an e-mail asking for confirmation they had the stock available, which they confirmed. Wednesday they cancel my order no stock!

Great products great prices very good service, totally recommend!
I bought this helmet after researching…
I bought this helmet after researching it for about 4 months, plus I couldn't resist big discount, when I received it I couldn't wait to ride in it, I tried it on a home, it's so light only 150g difference with my old helmet but oh boy what different it makes on your head and how big is the viewing port! I thought it's weird that visor doesn't close properly but a bit sideways and I needed to push from top of visor to fully close it but I thought because it arrived in open position inside of the helmet box it maybe distorted a bit I'll keep it shut for 2 days before I'm going out and it will be ok - that was my first mistake. And I didn't even realise how much pain and hassle I will be in.....
But that's where I went to work on a rainy cold morning and my pink glasses got ripped off my face completely, turns out closing visor it that way while riding bike is harder than doing it when helmet is on the table and then visor started building up something like water film not like usual condensation mist - bare in mind I have installed included pinlock and said water film was building on top of it not inside between pinlock and visor which makes visibility worse than riding in full blown rainfall, and while on the road when stronger gusts of wind blew I got sprinkles of water coming from somewhere above top seal I presume also not a safe thing while you are doing 70mph in dark morning during rushhour. Also later discovered after coming home from work when areas that don't have pinlock coverage and they mist up that seal is not touching visor at all on the top and is quite spotty on the bottom part
When I contacted their customer service, with my concerns about visor closing (provided video for that) and it misting up with water film first and describing how it arrived - I was told it's normal visor operation because and I quote "this is because of the rubber ring that makes sure that eventually the visor connects really very stiffly against wind and rain!" other concerns got ignored
After sending reply by saying there is almost no seal created with pictures attached and mentioning the water coming in when there were gusts of wind, I was told quote "I suspect that this unfortunately just comes with the helmet. This is a cheap helmet that you can't expect too much from."
never knew 250 pounds before discounts is cheap helmet, and even then helmet is safety equipment that needs to be up to standards of safety equipment
So to anyone who wants to buy this helmet model my suggestion is either buy it if you don't plan to ride in rain and/or cold weather or maybe don't buy it at all unless you can try it on and test it before buying or at the shop - or just steer clear of it, just to save hassle of trying to prove to customer service rep that there actually might be a problem with the helmet not that it supposed to be that bad
last email I got said that "If you want to film you opening and closing the visor, but clearly and quietly, I can forward this to the supplier. Maybe we can send it under warranty, but, this will take 8-9 weeks."
No willingness to cooperate and now I can't use my Christmas present I bought for myself because it's plain dangerous to ride in it at this time of the year - maybe in the summer
Very quick
Ordered over a weekend and the helmet was delivered to the UK on Thursday. Speedy and smooth. No issues with customs duties to the, all sorted by Chrime Burner. This compares to my last helmet from another company where I had to pay a courier charge and then recover duties from HMRC. Very happy with ChromeBurner.

Very good communication and fast…
Very good communication and fast shipping especially as this order was sent to the U.S. Pricing was better than expected and order arrived in perfect condition.
Great deals, delivered fast.
They had exactly what I wanted at less than half the price, even with shipping, and duties. Shipping was fast, too; I had it within a week.
Constomer service sucks
I ordered a helmet. The delivery was delivered late. The helmet was not at all the helmet I ordered and it was there sizes too big. By this time the helmet I DID pay for was now out of stock and I was out of luck. From there it took another two weeks back and forth through a difficult process with and vague costumer service representative and I finally got forms to send the helmet back. The taxes and duties paid for are not guaranteed to be retired to me and I am week without being able to ride. It will still be weeks until I recieve my money retured. This company doesn't seem to understand or care for the costumers. I have another large package yet to be delivered and am strongly considering canceling it as there seems too much risk in dealing with this company. I'd recommend just shop local where they take responsibility and accountability for their costumers.
Incomplete order AND incorrect
They sent an incomplete order AND what arrived was not what I ordered.. takes for ever to get a hold of anybody in customer service and shipping is very delayed! Do not recommend.
Not suitable for uk purchases
Not suitable for uk purchases, as the taxes imposed make them uncompetitive, around £70 on a purchase of £285, this will need paying to carrier
Incredibly speedy delivery to Montreal Quebec
Incredibly speedy delivery to Montreal Quebec, both of my orders arrived faster than from shops within Canada.
But make sure to take good measures when ordering, I made a mistake, I now have to sell a helmet a size too big that would cost too much to send back.
Good service and fast shipping
Good service and fast shipping except my order need to be placed and processed at the forth time.
Fast international delivery
I live in Australia and have ordered a few times from ChromeBurner and received my orders in less than a week. Quicker and alot cheaper than getting the items local. They have been great to deal with and sort any issues out. I will definitely be ordering again.
Super fast shipping to the USA
Super fast shipping to the USA. Faster than most stateside companies. I will be ordering from these guys again for gear. Thanks!
