$130 shorts didn't fit - 12 email attempts later, Chrome has never responded once!!
I purchased a pair of shorts from Chrome and they were way too snug. Their website said I couldn't return them through their website and would have to contact their customer service team - but they don't allow you to call anyone and no one answers their corporate phone number. The pre-recorded messages says "to be fair to everyone" you have to email them. I emailed them more than 12 times over a period of months - and never received a single response. So II'm stuck with a pair $130 shorts that don't fit. I've never experienced anything like this from another company - especially for premium priced products such as theirs. to date I've owned alot of Chrome clothing - but I'll never buy from them again since they won't help a customer out. This is the worst customer service experience I've had with a company. It's downright fraudulent. So buyer beware.
Built to last forever
Hi there, so I have 2 chrome bags. Why I bought a second one? Because I got so bored that the first one just did not wear out! The super cool metal buckle has turned more than one head when I click it closed. They just last forever and age gracefully. Water proof, shock proof. They are all terrain. Been in the crowded subway of shanghai, or the snow of Sweden and they just go on and on. Totally worth the price
Fantastic Products and Customer Service
I have had nothing but great experiences with Chrome and get a lot of compliments in office and field settings. I've owned their bags for years, taking them through fairly difficult conditions without any major issues. I recently noticed stitching being torn from one of my bags and customer service was amazing. They honoured their warranty, despite covid, and ensured I got a replacement product and was allowed to keep the warranty item. Great group and great products.
My Chrome Bag has been my best bag…
My Chrome Bag has been my best bag ever. However, after some years I had a minor quality issue, but instantly I got a new one. Adding to that...a great service guiding me throug the ordering process. Thanks Chrome...you're the best!!
Easy way out to cover the loss.
No complain about the products anyway.
Wonder about the customer service, that's the main concern.
My bag somewhere out there claimed to be lost in transit after enquired about my order.
The answer is simple : we will refund your money in 7 business days.
Ever consider in customer's situation, try to find a solution by finding alternative that's available to the ordered product.
Customer indeed interested in the selling products. So please,do have a consideration in solving customer's problem rather than just compensate and close the case.
Disappointed.
Thanks Sabrina Garcia.

I had a problem with a bag that I purchased in the Manhattan shop, Mulberry St.
Wrote Chrome and they quickly came back with relevant questions... a few back and forth mails later, they gave me a very fair deal by giving me a pretty generous voucher.
This has been one of the best customerservices I have ever experienced AND on top of that their bags are awesome in both design and daily use.

Dear Chrome,
I have recently bought a Bravo 3.0 backpack.
Product pictures clearly shows a quick-access laptop zipper on the side. This feature is essential, especially for roll-top bags and would be a big selling point for many including me. Needless to say, the bag I received does not have this quick-access for the laptop.
This is so bizarre and unacceptable that it is kind of funny... You have a real photo of a real product that is advertising and showing features that does not exist in the products that you sell to your customers !?
Whats going on here Chrome?
I bought a Fortnight Pack several years…
I bought a Fortnight Pack several years ago. It wouldn't zip. They said they would replace. They never did what they said.
A few months ago I bought another Fortnite
And sent my old Fortnight back in the new box with a letter asking them to replace the first pack. Crickets...no response.
The new pack is not as heavy duty but it zips up. They obviously put thought into thier products but I would give them a "Fail" on integrety.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Missed delivery window in time critical situation where window should have been easy to make. inexplicably cancelled order without explanation and left me completely screwed in a precarious situation. When notified of situation and given the opportunity to potentially cure were totally unhelpful. Steer clear.
Overpriced low quality poorly designed clothing
I bought a pair of Wyatt 5 jeans for $120 which are advertised as "The toughest pair of jeans you'll ever own, period!"...the left leg stitching started unraveling from the bottom to knee in less than six months (a pair of generic $40 Levis would have lasted three years). Threw away the jeans and now I'm stuck with a $120 gift certificate for a site that has absolutely nothing desirable (yeah I don't want a $180 hoodie).
BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had with an online business.
I bought a bag from Chrome in January, which promptly started falling apart. All the 3M reflective tape came off within weeks, and in May the bag started coming apart at the seams.
When I tried to call in the warranty they wanted me to pay to ship it back to them at my own cost (about $50 from Canada w insurance), offered no loaner bag to replace it and would not give me the value of the full purchase towards a new bag (they only offered 25% of what I paid). Also in order to get the 25% value under their so-called "warranty", they wanted me to literally destroy the bag and send them photos. Crazy!!
Above all I wasted my precious time and energy on a totally futile and irritating customer service process that did not result in any useful compromise or effort to make me happy. I'm taking the money I would have spent on a Chrome bag and going to Mission Workshop instead (they are much much better to their customers).
Chrome offers atrocious customer service, irrational customer policies and very low quality products (which they don't stand behind).
STAY AWAY! GIVE YOUR MONEY TO A COMPANY WHO DESERVES IT!
Brilliant product
I have had my Chrome Messenger bag for 3 years, and it is about the single greatest purchase I ever made. Perfect design, durable magnificence. I was kind of broke at the time, and didn't know if I should pull the trigger - but I'm very happy I did.
Really bad costumer service. Payed but never received items
This is probably one of the worst online purchase experiences in my life.
I ordered and payed for items and never received an order number or a verification. I tried to contact the seller numerous times: phone, email, twitter. A month later I got a reply telling me that their EU service is down.
It is now over 40 days since I placed my order and I have decided to dispute it.
A quick check on twitter reveals that that's what they have been telling people since mid November.
Nevertheless, Chrome continues to accept orders and payments, even though they are unable to ship items or provide customer service. They have done so for over 3 months, and I have spoken with numerous other twitter users that also -basically- have been scammed.
Chrome's products are amazing. A backpack I bought 5 years ago has travelled around the world with me and is still one of my most beloved items. Buy Chrome. But only at a real life store. NEVER online.
