Great company to work with. Have been with Chronicle for just over a year now and couldn't recommend their systems enough. Very helpful and friendly and alway's showing new and easier ways to use the system.

Very helpful from start to finish, made the process very easy and always did what was promised without fail, with no hidden fees or catches. The IT support desk staff even manage to always seem to be happy to answer my silly questions. Can see why they retain so many of their customers for years! Simple, easy to use and great support!

I highly recommend the Chronicle clocking in system, especially when paired with the phone app. The app is user-friendly and makes it easy for employees to clock in and out from anywhere. Additionally, the customer support team is top-notch. They are always available to help and resolve any issues I have had in a timely manner. Overall, this system has made managing employee time tracking and holidays a breeze.

We adopted Chroncile software initially for Time & Attendance management and so far have had great success. Chronicle support has been excellent and all queries we had have been address promptly. We are now looking to expand into the HR management capabilities of their system which again looks to be an ideal fit for our company

We have been with Chronicle now for several years and use their facial biometric readers. It's great and saves me significant time each week on preparing timesheets, validating overtime and approving holiday requests.

What a totally useless system, and don't get me started with the app clumsy, naive, can't be used without facial recognition even though you have your own password. Take my advice just don't bother

We are a relatively small preschool charity and have easily transitioned into using this system. I cant fault Zac at all, he has been really patient and is always willing to help. there are a few things that i feel could make the system better (administrator can login/logout for staff if someone rushes off for emergency, apply shifts from a specific date until a specific date) but these things dont affect the usability of the system it would just add so much more value and convenience and be a good selling point. i have been assured that these sorts of things are in development which is reassuring.

The team at Chronicle were superb from the start of the installation to our follow up. I have found the help desk very helpful and very quick to respond to any issues we might have had.

Great system and support

We started using Chronicle in March 2020 after a very straightforward set up. The system is easy to use and the team at Chronicle are very quick to help and advise.
Would certainly recommend for anyone that needs a mobile clocking in system. Shifts are easy to set up and manage and the exceptions highlight any clocking issues prior to payroll reporting.

Great solution, easily implemented and the online training materials and videos really helped get this integrated into our business.

We did the 30 day free trial and soon realised benefit this would bring and went ahead early.

I used to spend 2-3 days preparing payroll (often with a few mistakes) now it takes around 1hr!

I would thoroughly recommend Chronicle not only for their solution but also the personal service from their team.
