Very smooth transaction, great price, and a wonderful watch

I am new to the world of real watches because previously I always used replicas of key brands. I am happy and satisfied with my first-ever expensive watch. The only area that needs improvement is the clarity of additional costs, such as customer duties. Maybe you can direct the buyer to their country's customs site before accepting any offer. This will increase your credibility and transparency.

Everything was fine with the service from Chrono — they were kind and helpful.
The UPC delivery service only sent an email and left the package at the given address. I was expecting them to call me and hand it over in person, so I was a bit worried about what might be inside.

Great communication

There supposes to be a lot of communication with dealer and Chrono24 during purchase and/or price negotiation. I didn't see a problem to talk to dealer directly on above, but it's very difficult to connect with Chrono24 service team via email. Eventually I still can communicate with Chrono24, just not as efficient as messaging inside the APP.
Another complain about the service charge from Chrono24, it's definitely way high compare with the service it could provide to user/buyer. It wasn't clearly state the service charge in anyway, until the decision has been made to purchase the watch, you will find Chrono24 claiming a higher currency exchange rate as sort of "service charge", which it's not negotiable. I am totally fine for service provider to claim it. Just need to provide and comparable service as well, in my case, the watch I'd received has a movement concern, require send back to dealer (under warranty) for check/service. Chrono24 refused to provide any service and ask me to request the service from dealer. Luckily my dealer (Closer Co.) is responsible to help me with all the service needed. But what happen if someone could meet an irresponsible dealer in some cases, then who should cover the it? I would assume Chrono24 should be the one since it claims service fee in certain form.

I appreciate the ease of navigating the website to focus in on the watches I’m most interested in seeing. Also, the escrow service during transactions is appreciated.
