The seller was responsive and fulfilled my requests to the fullest
The seller guaranteed that the item was brand new and gave a reliable impression, and therefore there was no need for a number of different pictures of the item as such. The deal was made during my vacation, after an agreement with the seller not to send the item until I was back home again with the opportunity to receive the delivery. In the meantime, the seller answered all my questions in a correct and courteous manner. When the item was then delivered, everything was in order and therefore I can imagine doing another deal with this seller.

Warning! Not serious dealers on Chrono24
I bought a Omega Seamaster 300 Ref. 2220.80. from company Joaillerie Royale from BE though Chrono24, and it came with 3 years warranty.
The watch i bought is not running correct, it is 20 minutes to fast per day when I am wearing it.
I ordered it in early january and now it's soon april.
I have sent it back 2 times for repair without any improvements, first time they they had it for almost a month without doing anything. Second time doing nothing went faster and I got it back in 2 weeks.
Joaillerie Royale say it runs fine in tests they do in their timegrapher, but that really does not help when the watch is not running correctly when worn on the wrist.
I have now asked for an refund or an exchange of the watch for a another similar Omega Ref 2220.80.
Their answer is it is running perfect, just wear it and it will be fine. I have had it for 1 day since i set it (last return from repair) and it is over 20minutes off...
I did send a mail to Chrono24 after not getting answers, but that did not change anything.
How does the 3 year warranty work, how many times is it acceptable to send a non working product back for repairs?

Very safe platform to buy watches
This time everything went very smoothly (it normally does), so I only noticed the payment go into escrow account short after I paid for the watch (always good to know when sending away a lot of money), then everything just rolling on and a few days later I had the watch. The Chrono24 platform setup is from many aspects unbeatable, everything well thought through, working very well and very safe, which is of importance when sending away a payment over a website! I have made some purchase now at Chrono24 - never any worries, or anything strange, and keeping in mind that the money is in safe account until I have received the watch is always relaxing! Highly recommended platform to buy watches according to me! :)

Very smooth transaction
Very smooth transaction. The condition of the watch was consistent with the photos but I felt the classification was definitely on the conservative side, it was in absolutely examplary condition. Communications were prompt and courteous and the watch came very well packed with a couple of small gifts which was a nice surprise. One really couldn't ask for more.
