This is for the USA, Chronopost, I have been dealing with them for 15 months now and I can't get my $42000, that they say they owe me . They pickup a parcel, can't wire transfer, and even deliver a letter. I strongly advise don't use there service it sucks.

It's been a month that 2 packages with very important gods is lost somewhere in between Paris and Rio de Janeiro. I try EVERYDAY by ANY type of contacting (email, twitter, phone) with SEVERAL people calling and no one gives any trustful information. It says the boxes are on certain pick up point but its not. There is any information. Anyone to talk to. The worse service I could imagine existing, it even looks like a scam. I paid 360 EUROS for the delivery and now I have NOTHING.

I have never had a good experience with Chronpost. Either rude or incompetent drivers. Yesterday's experience was they said they delivered my parcel when they hadn't. I have asked Amazon to not use this service for my future deliveries.

My package should be delivered in 3-5 business days, last day was a Monday. Now it’s a week later and it’s just been proceeded. They still say it will be delivered that monday

I paid 20 Euro for a 24h delivery promise of a 8 euro order. It's been 4 days and still have not received anything. They just wrote "sorry for the delay, your package now will be handled by UPS". And my money? and my delivery? This company must be shut down. This is a SCAM. Please beware of this fraud.

Don't ever use this delivery "service"! I have never received my parcel. It was never delivered to the pick-up place chosen during the order process. I was there every day to ask for it. No one could track the number there. When I tracked the number via Chronopost, it said the parcel was waiting in a whole other city than I ordered it to. And now they have the audacity to tell me I never picked it up.

I'm currently missing 5 (!!) parcels thanks to Chronopost! There's no way to contact them when you don't speak French. 5 parcels aren't moving anymore since December 21st and December 24th.
I ordered via Vinted and the shipping option shown to me was either DPD or UPS. I don't know why it's always handled via Chronopost then.

package never delivered. Just to assure if someone is reading this please don't ever send or use this chronopost. They are kind of scammers or will never deliver your package. Even if package is lost no one will answer about the status. I lost my package and no one bothered to answer the emails which I keep mailing in an interval of 6-7 days after few days of delivery date. Save your time and money

I am sitting at home and expecting the packet. Nobody came, wrong tracking info, wrong data, no possible to contact Chronopost. Disaster simply

Cronopost parcel number is not the same one as they ask you in the collecting point. Nobody answers in the international phone number they have for help. Hopefully, I found a tip in this forum, otherwise i would lost my parcel. Go to DPD website and track your package with the parcel number you got in chronopost. Then they will show you a 14 digit number and with that number you can track your parcel in PostNord. Good luck and hope you read this forum before you desperate and give up!

Horrible service!! Just like i read one of the comments, Verstiarie Collective sent me by Chronopost item to Kiosk that was on the list for pick up. When i went to pick up they told me its not with them. Thankfully, i managed to read here one tip which is fantastic, go to DSD site and put tracking number that you are given by Chronopost, you will get 14 digit number which you can input on Postnord and it will tell you where your package is. It turned out mine is not in Kiosk where it says it is delivered, but in the other place. Will go to pick it up tomorrow!

Super bad service. Tracking of the package on chronopost webside stops as soon as the package enters Denmark. It is not delivered to the post box as supposed to, they simply do not even communicate anything, neither pick up place or code. Customer service is in French and is completely useless as they direct to some post office, where people are not able to find the package.

A hint: try to see on chronopost tracking webside something which resembles Partner number : GEO/.... There you can see a number which is most likely PostNord tracking number, which you can hopefully use to get to your package. In my case this didnt work, though. The package has never been found.

Advice: never ever use chronopost again - it will save you a lot of time and nerves, and money you would spend on international calls with completely useless, time consuming,arrogant chronopost customer service. who i am sure, still do not know how to help many people facing the same issues with missing delivery code.

Such a sh*thole of a service. My package is lost somewhere in nowhere and the stupid bot tells me it's supposed to arrive today. Calling the "international" customer service doesn't help at all because, guess what, the voice lady speaks FRENCH only. So... I pre-ordered something which I was waiting for SIX months and now chronopost is losing my stuff. Amazing. I don't even know why anyone would use this service to send stuff to their customers.
