Price isn't reasonable

Price isn't reasonable. Pizza with 4 drinks $50 with coupon - pizza was close to being paper thin. I was told the toddlers could get on and sit on attractions, with no charge. However, I wasn't told that the climbing had a $10 charge per child. They have a large opening, and our 3 grand children under 3yrs old all wanted to go on it. They do not understand when there is a large opening into it that money is involved. They became very upset that they couldn't use it to the point that we had to leave. Even the adults became frustrated, and it was a horrible time. I don't ever plan to take my grandchildren to it again. It isn't fun, it is a hardship to financially go to this place, and you would need 4 large pizzas to feed 4 adults and some children. I don't recommend eating or playing at Chuck E. Cheese.

Rename the "Fun Pass" to "Scam Pass"

Chuck E. Cheese's Fun Pass is a scam. It locks you in for a full year with no option to cancel. Also, they didn't even bother to mention that. Chuck E. Cheese's is a bunch of scammers who want £7 a month.

I had a disappointing experience at…

I had a disappointing experience at Chuck E. Cheese. The employee at the front desk strongly encouraged me to sign up for the Silver membership, but she did not clearly explain that it requires a 12-month commitment. That important detail was only mentioned at the very end, which felt misleading.

During the interaction, she was frequently on her phone and did not provide attentive or professional customer service. I also felt that when I hesitated or asked questions, she treated the situation as if it was my loss, rather than helping me make an informed decision. That made me feel uncomfortable.

As a parent trying to create a positive experience for my child, I expect transparency, respect, and clear communication—especially when it involves a long-term financial commitment.

Worst birthday party ever.

We had my daughters birthday party there yesterday and it was a hot mess. There was no organisation the kids spent more time sitting and waiting on the staff than they did playing. Our party director John was no where to be found. Our kids waited 20 min to get their game play cards then were called to the table 15 min before pizza even came out. Once again John no where to be found. Then when they were finally there with the pizza we had to fill all of our own drink pitchers and were told to keep the kids at the table for the birthday show. Which was another 15-20 min. Mind you now my kids have been sitting and waiting around for half of the party. Your parties are not cheap at all and I wasted a ton of money. At one point when I couldn’t find John before the birthday show I went to the front counter asking when the heck the show was going to start. The snotty girl up front went off on me and said it will start when it starts. I will never ever come back. My wife is deployed to the Middle East and this was supposed to be something fun to take my daughters mind off the fact that her mummy was missing her birthday and it did the opposite.

utter rubbish

how is this a popular place? the pizza is gross and the arcade games are boring and there is pop it for gold which is just balloon abuse and is bad for the environment, as you have to make balloons to play the game. making balloons isn't good for the environment, and popping them just destroys them and they have to go in the dustbin.

scam

scam, membership can not be canceled!!!!
They don't tell you upfront that the trampoline is not included in the monthly membership, which feels misleading. Even worse, they also fail to mention that the membership locks you in for a full year with no option to cancel. When I called to ask about it, I spoke with someone named Valeria from the Fun Pass department—she was extremely rude and clearly trained just to tell people they’re stuck in the contract.

The location in Louisville is also dirty. After our first visit, I decided I would never take my child back. Overall, it feels like a scam—totally not worth the money or stress. so my advice - dont be scamed as i was!!!

Ruined First Visit with My Daughter After Her Birthday

I recently signed up for a membership with Chuck E. Cheese and was charged twice, once in June and again in July. When I brought my daughter for a special visit, her first time back since her birthday, I was told my account couldn’t be found in their system. No membership benefits. No explanation. Just confusion and disappointment.

When I contacted customer service, the response I received felt cold and dismissive, more like an automated message than a thoughtful reply from a company I once trusted. There was no real effort to make things right, and no sense of accountability.

As a result, I’ve canceled my debit card to prevent any further charges and will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I also feel it's important to share this experience so others understand how paying customers are currently being treated.

Sadly, I won’t be returning. Families deserve better, especially from a brand that meant so much to so many of us growing up.

The arcade gave us barely any tickets

The arcade gave us barely any tickets. We wasted so much money to only get stuff at the bottom row of the arcade. The highest tickets to give were only 125 and you would be super lucky to get that. My little kid won first place and only got one ticket! When the lowest thing was 15!

Really enjoyed shit in ball pit

Really enjoyed shit in ball pit - tasted great - added to the experience. One slight issue is the rat ate my child in front of us but now we don't have to medical bills (win!) so very happy about that.

One of the workers spat in my drink at the table (yummy!) and then tickled me. It's okay I liked it.
