Claudia is an excellent Letting Agent. She works hard with both the Landlord and the tenants ensuring that properties are kept up to standard and rents are paid. She is up to date with all the latest legislation and supports landlords through the process of renting, especially the first time. She is always fair, seeing issues from both sides. I have always found her to be efficient and prompt in communication. We have no complaints and would highly recommend her.

Claudia is extremely efficient and always on the ball . C and I lettings looked after my property whilst I was over seas and I was comforted in the knowledge it was in safe hands. Payments were made on time and any issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Handover between tenants were smooth and thorough. With maintenance and plumbing contacts at her disposal, her keen eye for detail and her sound knowledge of the market, both my property and tenants have been well cared for.
Her slightly feisty yet personal and adaptable nature is an attribute for the success of her growing portfolio 😉
