DO NOT USE. ABSOLUTE HELL. Scam artists. They gave us a "similar" car that we repeatedly said wasn't suitable and we had to take it due to having no other way to get to our accommodation. On heading to the location the car as we stated was not suitable for that road and we could not drive it and as such lost our £600 for one accommodation then had to book another at £700. They charged us extra for their insurance which we HAD to take. Then we got accused of lots of damage. Was called a liar and insulted by the staff. Owner refused responsibility for any of this. Owner refused to attend at the location to discuss and abused us over the phone.

I would give zero stars if I could! I booked this parking because the description said there is a person at the spot all the time! Didn’t happen! I called them and the guy didn’t pick up. Called a few more times and he said “I come, I come!”
15 minutes later he was still not coming. I called again and I got again the : “I come , one minute!”
Another 15 minutes later I called again he said wait, wait… only to send me a text saying that there are no spaces available and send me a different address, 17 minutes away. I had no choice but go park at the airport.
Would never recommend!
