Actual flowers are tiny, not matching the advertisement, not matching description, not matching size, nothing. I contacted customer service because I feel I was scammed by this company and I was told that they measured packaging and with the extra 15cm of the paper it matches the 40 cm flowers)) I just measure it wrong)) Avoid this scammers

I had a fantastic experience using Ciceksepeti to send a birthday gift to a friend in Istanbul from abroad. I ordered an Olive Bonsai tree, and the entire process was seamless.

What impressed me most was the transparency: they sent a photo of the actual tree for my approval before it left the shop! The delivery was scheduled for the 9am-12pm slot, but they actually delivered it 30 minutes early, which was a great surprise. The tracking updates kept me informed at every stage. Using an international Visa card was hassle-free. Highly recommend them for reliable and high-quality gift delivery in Turkey!

I ordered a service promising photo confirmation before delivery, but received neither via email nor app. Despite follow-ups, responses were generic templates ignoring my specific issue—no photo, no solution offered.
Their reply acknowledged “negative feedback” vaguely but provided zero concrete actions or problem resolution. Deeply disappointed by unfulfilled promises and impersonal communication.

Overall, it’s good. Sometimes the bouquets are not decorated as much as in the images we ordered from the site, but in terms of speed and quality, it’s not bad

I had an olive tree delivered to a friend in Istanbul for their birthday and everything arrived perfectly and on time! I am glad since the reviews suggested otherwise..

Awful experience. Placed an order for flowers but never received them. Customer support is totally unhelpful too - no response after filing complaints. Do not recommend!

I bought a bunch of roses for my wife, but she never received them. The email says the delivery has arrived. This is a waste of time and money. Please don't use it!!

Don't waste your money and time with this website, they are fraud. Took my payment but flowers never arrived. Useless customer service. Keep asking to update town name as I already supplied full address. Such a disappointment.

I am satisfied with the service. It was my friend's birthday and I ordered flowers through this florist and sent them to her address (since I am in Germany and she is in Turkey). The bouquet was really beautiful!

Don’t bother wasting your time with these , I ordered a cake for my mate who’s staying in hotel in turkey . They said they drliver in 3 days . No delivered , no customer service agents , they don’t want to know . Don’t use them , go to a local small shop and support small bufiness as these don’t give a dam if you’re happy or not after they grab your money . Awful .,!
