Great Quality and Service!

The items that I purchased were received on-time, with the exception of one item which still hasn't arrived after 2+ weeks. However their customer service is great, in how they were able to sort out an exchange of an item that did not fit. Overall, great quality of products and service, but would love faster/more reliable shipping time estimates.

Horrendous customer service

I love their clothing. But buyer beware trying to return something. I returned a number of items, only to have them tell me they couldn’t process my return without the usps tracking number. Their customer service is horrendous. There are plenty of online clothing stores that sell fun and outlandish items—use them. Ciciful is a scam.

Terrible company!

Terrible company!
I placed an order and during checkout my delivery address changed and my email address changed to very old details that I don’t use anymore. I contacted Cicuful immediately via email to make sure the delivery was correct. I sent 2 more emails and eventually got a reply 1 week later saying that it was too late to change the address.
The package is apparently going to an old address 3 hours way. I don’t live there anymore. This company refused to help and repeatedly told me to go to the old address to get the package. Not possible. So the warning is - if you have any issues you will get knowhere with this company. Absolute rubbish experience

I bought an item which is very poor quality, I've asked to return the item, but the company take forever to reply, and when they do they refuse to give the return address.
This company are not easy to deal with, and their products are poor quality.

Scam Company on Facebook!!

Saw advertisments for this company via Facebook feed so bought over $107 worth of custom coins for Valentines day around the 4th of February with an understanding it would arrive in time. Couple days later received a confirmation email with a link for tracking but every time I access the link it goes to FB messanger that generates an AI perpetual loop asking the same questions over and over without ever giving an actual reply or tracking the order. Now it is after Valentines day, at this point I think this is a scam... Avoid this company, I will be attempting to file a claim with my credit card to get my $$ back!

I don’t know what to believe.

I don’t know what to believe.. payed more then €100 and didn’t get anything in the mailbox.. they answered me that it would be shipped this week but I didn’t receive anything like a track&trace our something like that…i hope this is not fraud, otherwise it’s such a shame and waste of money :(

Great Quality and Price

The clothes are of really good quality. The designs are fresh and out of the box and allow me to express myself freely! The prices are also very good! I have one piece of feedback that I would appreciate taken on board!

I am quite tall so need a 33 or 34 inch leg which makes it unable for me to purchase much in the way of trousers from you as you don’t do that sort of length.

Trustworthy company

Despite the distance, my e-mails exchanges have always been satisfying and a solution was found to replace an order which could not be sent on time.

Burning your money is more useful than…

Burning your money is more useful than spending it at Ciciful. The 5 star reviews have to be fake. This company is a total scam. I ordered a two piece suit from them listed at a top and pants and was only sent the top. When I contacted customer service they told me I only ordered the top and sent me a screenshot of the item listing telling me it only meant the top in the listing somehow. Complete scam, engineered to take your money and make you pay for shipping their cheap swill back to the dropshipper from Hongkong.

When a customer buys this product, he will have to select the color and size - - right below the title and above the selections of sizes, there are three options of color: Gold top, Gold pants, and Gold set. Perhaps you accidentally overlooked this part, resulting in the arrival of the top only.
