Difficult to earn rewards
Very few eligible surveys, takes very long to earn sufficient rewards to cash out. High effort low payout.

Got an email saying my withdrawals have been processed. I would like to know where they've been processed they're not on my account or in my email, considering one of the two gift cards took nearly 5 months to arrive, I think it's pretty dicustingly poor, you can't even deliver them when you say they're processed. it would be appreciated if you could tell me where my two gift cards are...maybe in the next month...
And now since I've written this post I find it even funnier that I get a reply from them so I go to log into my account and it's been suspended hahaha nice one guys why even bother applying

Easy redemption
To make redemption request and to get it, is very easy but the difficult part is waiting in between . The path after redemption and get reward is too long.

Yeah, I think it's a big fat scam, it's been 3 weeks since I redeemed 1500 cb's for a 20 $ amazon gift card and I still haven't received it. I have tried contacting customer support and haven't received a single answer. Conclusion: scam site!
