Poor user interface and false advertising
Had been a (NZ) member for four months. Accumulated 1400CBs in that time, with a lot of time spent having been shuffled among irrelevant surveys and having had to answer same profiling questions over and over again. When I wanted to redeem the CBs as Bitcoin payment, I got an error that this is not available (then why is it there?!). I then went for Paypal cashout and it turned out to take 2 weeks (not 1), Cinchbucks themselves did the cash conversion at a very unfavourable rate and then there was a 2% Paypal fee as well. There was a mobile number verification involved also before being able to submit redemption request. So overall a very poorly designed site(s) with awful information/help pages and non-existent support. Have requested that my account is deleted as there are many better survey sites out there.

One member may see more higher point surveys due to their demographics or profession while another may see less so they ask profiling questions sometimes more than once to send you the right surveys and there are multiple survey providers so they have their own profiling questions you can choose to not answers some of them. This is determined by our survey partners and what market researchers are looking for at the moment.
We removed bitcoin few days back due to its price volatility.

CinchBucks is Legit
Although it took me extremely long to accumulate 1000-CBS, I managed to reach my target & submitted my payout request. I was skeptical of CinchBucks at first because I've submitted a number of Support Requests to them & they've never replied, however, it only took 7-Business days for the PayPal payment to reflect. I'm a South African CinchBucks Member too, which puts me towards the very bottom of the earning category. CinchBucks is Legit, however, they just need to reply back to Support Tickets that're submitted by Users, this is the only issue that's creating skepticism. Over the last year, we have seen a high amount of survey-inventory and higher survey completions by each user. We have not seen any issues of non crediting surveys amongst our users except in rare instances of survey technical issues from our partners. I have sent 4 e-mails to the support team of Cinchbucks reminding of my payment. Not a single one is acknowledge or answered. As a result of which, we remain in doubt, whether the e-mail reaches to Cinchbucks or not.
