Packages came dented and two of the items were outside their boxes and tangled together. In less than 10 days I could already see the gold finish rubbing off at points where the jewelry made contact. I would def not recommend, as they are extremely overpriced and better quality can be found at your local department store.

I bought at Cinco for myself and for a friend's gift.

The customer experience was very simple and fast. The delivery came super fast even when I bought for myself, and I stay in Singapore! I was so pleasantly surprised. The necklace I bought is lovely and a trendy piece that I wear a lot - it was definitely a lot lighter than I thought but as these are not actual gold pieces it's understandable.

For gifting, the only minus is that there isn't an option to let them know you are sending a gift, which meant my friend received the bill together with the gift! Other than that, she was super happy with the gift, so I'm very happy anyway.

Beautiful stunning pieces: I purchased the gold mini Bia earrings and the Aimee necklace in which I had my daughter’s name engraved. I haven’t been wearing anything else since. The most stunning pieces, beautiful in their simplicity.

Already placed two orders with Cinco, one over the summer and another one on Black Friday last year. Shipping was super quick and it came in 2 or 3 days, which allowed me to ship my mum’s Christmas gift to the Portuguese islands.

Lovely pieces, really good quality I worn them to the beach and also sometimes whilst taking a shower and working out. I am being a bit more careful now, as I do want to preserve them for as long as possible. I am definitely curious to try their service to refurbish your jewellery, when the time comes.

Timeless pieces, some with a modern but simple touch, really cute conscious packaging, with attention to details, such as a handwritten postcard thanking you for your purchase and a couple of stickers.

I will defenitely purchase more and I want to try their online appointment so I can see which necklace should I buy next to add into my Margo and Dona Margo.
