Mixed reaction…

Reasonably efficient at taking us to and bringing us back from the cruise terminal. My one concern was that the driver taking us to the terminal committed at least three moving traffic offences including passing two sets of traffic lights when they were on red and passing on the right hand side of a traffic separator which had a pass on the left arrow on it.

BOOK WITH THEM

BOOK WITH THEM! A GREAT TEAM

I don't usually leave reviews, unless I feel a company really deserve it. Circle parking was once again fabulous. We used them a good few times now and all our family book with them too. Coming all the way down from Bolton we wanted to know our van was nice and safe while we were away and honestly I couldn't be happier!

Its so quick to book online it takes minutes plus the price is the best around ! but most important we dont worry at all about the van while we were away because it was so safe!

On the morning of your check in the team call you and get your eta so they can plan ahead as much as possible. We were stuck in traffic running late and the team were so helpful!

Then once you arrive, you park get on a minibus and there are shuttle's going right to the cruise ships through out the day.

The drivers are super friendly and it really feels exciting like the start of your holiday!

The most we've ever had to wait is 10 minutes, but the team are a lovely family business and they genuinely care and want to get you from a to b.

Honestly Id never book anywhere else now!

When we needed help

I can understand the poor reviews related to time waiting to be transported to and from the cruise but we would want to commend the Circle Team in helping us with a key issue. Due to a passport problem we had been unable to board the ship and needed to get back to the carpark and get our car. They picked us up whilst we made arrangements to join the cruise in Spain with a new passport. We then needed to get the car back to the car park but it was locked! They arranged for someone to be there and open up. Just for us which is excellent service in our time of need. Good value for money with personal service, thank you.

Do not use unless you are willing to hang around for ages

We had given our arrival and cruise disembercation times to Circle in advance. I called them 30 minutes before arrival as requested. We had to wait 30 minutes for a minibus to the cruise ship which was ok but on our return I was told we would have to wait an hour and a half to get back to our car as earlier buses were full. The guy said that they tried to call me but I had no missed calls and no voicemail. I did get a text following my call to them. Really unhelpful. If they can't cope with cruise disembarcation times then they shouldn't operate in this area. We had to get a taxi at an additional cost of £20.

Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!

We used this Company last year and the service was adequate but made the mistake of using them again this year. Instead of arriving and then they order you a Taxi they are now using dilapidated mini buses which will not leave until they are full. Upon return we phoned once we had collected our luggage and were told it would be 40 minutes because we had just missed one.After a lot of phone calls false promises we were finally picked up after 1hr and 50 minutes. We won't be using this Company again even though the staff were very apologetic.
Just to clarify this review is for Circle Parking which is by Costa Coffee and Land Rover in Southampton.

This company is not worth visiting

This company is not worth visiting. Take note. If you are cruising, just contact the cruise line you are travelling with as they have a car park straight opposite the terminal. We waited 3 hours to get picked up & decided to get a Uber back to our vehicle & someone called to say they were at Horizon terminal when we were just arriving at our vehicle so it turns out we would have been waiting 3 hours 25 minutes to get picked up from a perfect cruise, just to be let down by this so called CIRCLE PARKING company. Please book your car in straight opposite the terminal. 2 minute walk that is well worth not waiting 3 hours for a vehicle that is not even sign written to collect you.

You were informed of the free shuttle pick up times on the morning and on your arrival to the car park. You were extremely abusive when told you had just missed the shuttle. We do not tolerate abuse to our drivers and as a result you we’re not picked up. We operate a regular free shuttle and on busy days delays can be experienced by all around the docks. However a 3.5 hours wait time is simply not realistic.

Don’t do it

Don’t do it . When we arrived to park our car had to wait 45 mins to fill up the mini bus . Now shelter or toilets so you have to wait in your car. On the way back rang at 8am got picked up at 10.15 am to go back to the carpark . WS a freezing cold day not fun standing there waiting for the pick up . Won’t be using circle parking again . Delayed pickup over 2hr wait

Arrived after cruise called the person 3x to ask when l was to be picked up each time l was told the driver would be there 20mins. After a 2hr 20min wait eventually got picked up. They might be slightly cheaper than other companies but l will not use them again and do not recommend them either. If they want this kind of business to include transfers they should think about getting more cars to pick the passengers up.

Made the disembarking and journey home so easy

Our cruise started with a flight out from Gatwick so I had decided to park my car at Circleparking a couple of days before flying out, in order for it to be available immediately on disembarking in Southampton a couple of weeks later. This saved me a return trip to Gatwick and then the journey home from there.
Upon arrival at the parking the driver offered to take me to the nearest railway station, which made my return home very easy.
When we disembarked at the end of the cruise we made one phone call and were collected within 20 minutes of leaving the ship. Could not have been better!
One small point - the instructions to the parking need updating to reflect the new Starbucks, which you need to drive through to reach the parking.

I had some parking booked with this outfit for a cruise but I had a mini-stroke and so could not sail. I asked for a refund of over £130 but to my horror, a refund was refused as I hadn't cancelled 14 days after the booking was made in June. This was unbelievable. I was offered a "credit" for future cruises but there are none booked at the moment and we don't plan to book any.
The "park" is a bit of waste ground, not even a proper car park and I didn't notice any security cameras. The drivers drove like maniacs to and from the cruise terminals and my wife and I felt unsafe in their vehicles.
They say on their website that their drivers are "compliant with Southampton City Council regulations."
The City Council have never heard of them. We were also kept waiting for 80 mins outside the terminal building waiting for the the van to collect us.
Avoid this business as you never know for what reason you will have to cancel as they won't give you a refund.
I have notified the leading cruise agents about their unethical behaviour.

Regarding your reply. Yes I did use your service in September/October 2024 but had to cancel in November that year due to my mini-stroke. So get your facts right.
Secondly, yes, you did offer a credit note but how could I use it due to my illness? A reputable company would have offered a refund.

Your review in its self is flawed as you state you cancelled your booking due to a “mini stroke” which was your original grievance however then go on to say you actually used our service and had a terrible experience! So we would like to ask which was it? We do have a record of you cancelling your booking and emails to confirm. Your cancellation did not meet our terms and conditions but we still offered you a credit note. I can confirm you never used our service and also would like to point out that we have hundreds of genuine positive reviews from customers who did.
