Don't

Payment:
Had to chase them for payment...over 75 days after the (lengthy) report was submitted...for a $35 fee that required 5 hours of work...plus expenses and travel time. Not even close to minimum wage for work requiring multiple skill sets.

Support:
No reply communication or support when the job instructions do not match reality resulting in "rejected" payments even though the reports were submitted perfectly based on the instructions provided and they got the information needed for the vendor...who paid THEM. It happened too many times to be "an accident."

Reports:
Are lengthy, time consuming, and unprofessionally composed. Perfection is expected, yet the layout and sequence of the required report questions and multiple narratives makes no logical sense, adding more time for edits and rewrites you don't get paid for. Quite honestly (with all due respect to those who have to try harder than everyone else) the structure of the reports resembles assignments created by one of my 3rd graders with ADHD.

Conclusion: Not worth your time or peace of mind. You're just a drone used to make THEM $$. You'll have to threaten legal action to get paid, and even if they do, you'll be lucky to make $5/hour MINUS your travel, and expenses like your vehicle, devices, services and education needed to perform the jobs...and not break even.

This company is allowed to post on reputable industry job posting sites. The only way this will change is to complain to those entities and the MSPA, which is supposed to vett each of it's member organizations to maintain industry credibility and prevent this kind of abuse.
