We had a great holiday. The booking process was straightforward and we had lots of communication with the Admin staff confirming the arrangements.The hotel was brilliantly located and we were able to walk into Malcesine in a few minutes but without the crowds. I didn't award 5 stars as there was a problem with the taxi pick up - the driver did not make himself very visible and we thought he had not arrived so waited outside him, as instructed, however, he was in the Arrivals Hall all the time without an easily identifiable passenger sign. After that it was all 5 star.

Our travel planner was incredibly helpful after we had experienced a last-minute glitch on the website when booking. She effectively resolved the problem, reassured us that all was in order with the holiday and made sure that we had received the relevant travel documents before we finished speaking. Easy booking - I phoned after having received an online quote, asked questions, received speedy helpful answers and booked holiday. Lady on phone was chatty and very good.

No pressure was applied and I was allowed to make my own decisions in making the booking.

Very impressed by the response when I gave a list of what my husband & I wanted for a late booked holiday. The agent, Leanne, managed to find one hotel that fulfilled those parameters and checked up with the hotel on a few more specific questions. The search and us booking the holiday took only a few hours. I have to admit our choice was limited by the lateness of our request - 2 months before we wanted to go and during a busy part of the season, but we managed it.

Anastasia booked our holiday at Lake Garda, it was a complicated booking.
Nothing was too much trouble, we were given plenty of choice which can’t have been easy. Booking was straight forward and flights were suggested to maximise out last day.
Anastasia was extremely efficient, helpful and above all knowledgeable.
We are very pleased with Citalia, this is the 2nd time we have booked a holiday with them and will not hesitate to book our next trip with them.

Great company their hotels are always the ones you would have wanted to book the arrangements have always gone smoothly, we are about to rebook with them!
