I had been looking for a schnauzer puppy for quite a while. We tried local rescues and contacted breeders online but they either didn’t have what we were looking for or were too far away. I was scrolling on TikTok one day and saw a video Citipups had posted. I was curious so I decided to visit the store in person. The shop was clean, the puppies were active and the staff were both friendly & professional. They didn’t have schnauzer puppies available that day but I left my contact info so they could call me. I kept searching online and almost purchased a schnauzer a few weeks later but I was concerned the website was a scam. Luckily Citipups texted me with pictures of their newest litter of schnauzers. I visited the shop a few days later and fell in love with a salt and pepper male we named Spencer. Citipups was transparent about the breeders they work with and provided us with comprehensive health records. All in all I had a great experience with Citipups. I never realized how complicated and time consuming finding a breeder online would be. Especially considering the risk of being scammed nowadays is so high. Citipups made the process of buying a puppy seamless and transparent. If you’re considering adding a puppy into your life, I highly recommend their services.

Citipups is an amazing place to buy a puppy. They have a huge variety and their puppies are all so lovable if I could buy several I would. They delivered what they promised and I’m very happy with their customer service. Emilio was awesome. I would definitely recommend to all my friends if you want a puppy. This is the place to go.
