I am sharing my personal experience to help others make informed decisions before choosing an immigration consultant.

I dealt with Citrn.ca, chisca.ca, and citrnimmigration.ca, which appear to be connected. My communication was mainly with a person named Carl.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

After taking advance payment, the level of service did not meet expectations. There was a lack of proper guidance throughout the PR application process, and communication became inconsistent and, at times, unprofessional. Instead of receiving clear support, I often faced delays and unclear responses, which ultimately impacted my application outcome.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious. Avoid making full advance payments without clear agreements, proper documentation, and verified credentials. Immigration is a serious matter, and choosing the right consultant can make a huge difference.
