Fantastic service.

I ordered a safe from City Lock and Safe online expecting that it would take a few days to be actioned but was delighted when I received a phonecall shortly after advising me that the safe would be delivered that afternoon.

Sure enough it arrived exactly when they said it would and was delivered by Scott who was cheerful and smiley. He put the safe in my hall just where I wanted it.

This is great service. Well done to everyone involved and thank you.

Old school customer service

Ordered a replacement ABS cylinder to match our existing keys. Great communications from George. Collected the cylinder today. I was invited to check my key worked in the new cylinder but it stuck a bit. James went away to investigate and made a new key to test the lock which worked perfectly. My key was clearly showing some signs of wear. He gave me the new key free of charge - great customer service.
