the same scam (as for Leonardo) happened to me
I have ordered an ipad June 2nd. They have grabbed the money the day after.
So far on 8th, no news except they are "doing their best". in the website, the order status is "accepted".
Save yourself some time. These people will take your money but won't send you the product.
I ordered something quite expensive and they've been telling for a week that they'll send the product tomorrow and refuse to refund me.
I imagine they're expecting you to just forget about their money so they can keep it. I'ts ridiculous and seems like a scam.
Very unprofessional! I placed an order with them and 10 days later I checked the status of my order and the system showed that they didn’t even ship my item yet. I contacted them and they said they will send me the tracking number once they send the item. I contacted them again asking when they will initiate the shipping and 2 days later when I checked the status of my order the system showed that they cancelled my order and “refunded” me the money. They cancelled without even notifying me or giving me a reason. It’s been 3 days and I still have not been refunded.
ordered from them through game, so far 5 days, no contact eg. no order confirmation, no shipping confirmation etc, no reply to my message via their site (despite quoting 1-6 hours for a reply). Went on game chat to be told they have marked it as shipped (though again no contact to let me know) they now have 72 hours to contact me before go next level of complaints with game, aint even got the phone yet and one of worst buying experiences ever, obviously don't give a damn about their customers!
*UPDATE* Finally got in touch with them via the Game site, was not an EU phone, Was not due to be shipped until Monday (a full week after order placed) had told game was it was dispatched. Is now cancelled and refunded. Ordered from a more reputable source.
Ordered a ASUS ZenFone 2 ZE551ML delivery took 2 weeks to deliver due to a mistake about the phone model...What added insult to injury was that DHL couldn't find my house so the next day I had to stand outside my house for an hour after the DHL man came and I guided him towards my house to verify delivery adress...
I ordered a phone and after few months I realised the mobile device was defective.
After waiting for around 2 months, the company refused to get it repaired or to replace it.
I would never even buy anything from them.
