Awful and Scam experience with CJ

Be aware. I sold 10 items for a company and earned $282 which was in my balance. They never made me have this payout.

Trust me, I'm not a newbie with technology as I have my own online company and working with tech tools since 10years ago, and I'm around CJ trying to get my payment since 3 years now:
They made the process impossible not only for average user, but for anyone.

PLUS. The platform is so slow, it let you lose any hope and patience.

Customer Support apparently almost doesn't exist.
Waiting in the Support loading since 20 mins now. Anything is showing up :)

Cherry on top.
I wanted to try again on withdrawing my money, logged into the Dashbord and...SURPRISE?

My balance fallen from $282 to $96.57.

Disclaimer: I don't care about this spare $282 change. But it is obviously upsetting and disappointing. What would have happen If I were a person who really need it?

This company is definitely a failure. Hope some big player bring them to the court and let them close once and forever.

I am extremely disappointed that my CJ account has been locked without any specific reason. I have sent emails but have not received a satisfactory response. I will continue to leave negative reviews about your platform based on my actual experience if I still do not receive a proper explanation.

Semi Legal Scam

They're a scam. Made £2700 plus in commissions, shut down my account 3 times (for no reason), took the money away saying they're not going to pay, again zero explanation, when I threatened with legal action then they put it back into the account, saying they would overlook the violation of the T&C's (which I did not break in any sort of way, I've scrutinised them). I've been waiting for them to release the money into my bank for 2 years + now. Just go direct to your merchant or find a more reputable site like AWIN. They won't pay you if it's a decent amount of money you're due to be paid, you have been warned.

Dishonest

Dishonest. I promoted the priceline airport rental car. Every customer showed up as a lead. After A Year. They never converted to sales. So when I asked them about it. CJ shuts down my account saying I was forcing clicks. I don't know that even means. I wasted a lot of time and got nothing out of it.

CJ AFFILIATE YOUTUBE GLOBAL

I was contacted via text by Beth on March 13, 2025, on Telegram App. She talked me into doing this YouTube video clip review and giving a like, and I will be paid afterward. I need to complete 20 tasks before becoming a full member. On the 20th, the task was another lady overseeing this task, called Mia. This task had 3 components that required me to add money to my account. The language in the task was poorly written or tricky worded, so the individual would make a mistake. This way I had added $2000 to proceed with finishing the task. After completing the task, Mia, states that I was ready for a withdrawal of funds $4950.
But, the withdrawal would not go through, so Mia transferred to another individual named Jamie (CtreatorIQ teller). Jamie informed me that my credit score had dropped to 92% and to restore my credit score 100% i need to deposit an additional $4000. At that point my credit score would be 100%. Before the $2000 deposit, Mia never said that their would be another deposit $4000. i check the wallet adddress that i sent $1000 and $2000 payment, the funds was transfer to another address, then these funds was sent to 6 individual addresses. This operation by CJ Affiliate is a SCAM. The actors are Beth, Mia, and Jamie, all are working in Telegram chat (Beth@dafu08777, Beth@dafu08999, Jamie@jamie69521, Mia@Mia5916, Mia@Mia6523)

Very difficult to use, no commissions

Very difficult to use, does not support VPN and not a single commission after 4 months and more than 500 clicks promoting a single product. While at the same time promoting similar product from different company using different affiliate program generated more than 30 sales!

CJ Affiliate is a Scam – They Stole My Hard-Earned Money!I had a balance on CJ Affiliate for 8…

I had a balance on CJ Affiliate for 8 months, and they never released my payment. When I contacted their support to ask about my funds, instead of resolving the issue, they disabled my account without any warning.

Their excuse? They claimed my account didn’t meet their “Professional Standards”, which is just a shady way to avoid paying affiliates. But the truth is, I brought real, legitimate sales to MyCarpe through their platform—these were not random CPA tricks or fake leads. Every sale was genuine, and properly tracked.

Despite that, they refused to pay me even the small commission I rightfully earned. What makes this worse is that I started working on their platform while I was in the hospital, trying to earn honestly. And in the end, they stole my earnings and shut down my account just when it was time to pay.

CJ Affiliate is a fraudulent platform that bans affiliates for no reason to avoid payouts. If you’re thinking about working with them, stay away—they will waste your time and steal your money.

Scam!

Because they have still not verified my bank account after 3 years, I cannot receive any payment.
In fact, my balance is constantly dropping because it is a dormant account. But why would I bother to realise transactions via CJ if I don't get paid anyway?
Scam!
