Quick and easy to buy, instant code and worked first time, never bought from here before but will be returning, I saved 30 quid buying my game here compared to the Xbox store so yh these guys are goated

Used many times, codes always work, prices always cheaper that RRP

Instead of Steam keys, I received an Altergift / Steam gift link, which is not the product I purchased.

I contacted support several times asking either for the correct Steam keys or a refund. They kept repeating that they would only refund me after reselling the item to another customer.

This is unacceptable: they delivered a different product from the one advertised, while keeping my money until they manage to resell it.

I have now started a chargeback procedure with my bank for goods not as described.

Very disappointing experience. Avoid if you expect to receive exactly what you paid for.

Your threat about an alleged “online fraud register” is not impressive.

I am not worried about this kind of intimidation, especially coming from a seller who delivered a different product from the one advertised and then refused an immediate refund.

A chargeback for goods not as described is a legitimate consumer protection process. It is not fraud.

The facts remain unchanged: I paid for Steam Keys, as shown on your invoice, and received an Altergift / Steam gift link instead.

Trying to scare a customer with vague claims about “online credit rating” does not resolve the issue. It only reinforces my complaint.

My review is factual, documented, and I will provide all evidence to my bank and any relevant consumer protection body if required.

Quick and seamless purchase, worked like a charm!

I purchased a LIFETIME license for Office365, it does not work anymore and the support says they deleted it and cannot do anything about it.

Anyway, it is cheap and if it works for a couple of years it is still cheaper than going with a "genuine" license. Still 1 star because they ignore the fact that they sold a lifetime license.

Quick, great price and easy to order - can't fault the service.

I never leave reviews, but in the interest of saving others here it goes. I bought a 12-month YouTube Premium subscription from this website. 2 months later it expired. When I asked for a replacement they no longer offer that service on their website and conveniently I’m now ineligible for a refund because it’s been more than 60 days… joke this place. Customer service is slow and useless. Don’t waste your hard earned money.

*UPDATE*
Despite the reply they’ve given below, I haven’t been refunded at all. Instead they have given me store credit. They haven’t even given me the full amount, only a partial sum has been added to my account?!

I've used CJS CD Keys for several years. As per usual, I had no problem purchasing, downloading, installing and activating the Microsoft Office software.

Really satisfied with the service. Everything was fast, reliable, and completely problem‑free. The code arrived instantly and worked without any issues. Great experience overall — highly recommended.

Keys are easy to acquire and have been successful over several purchases. Instructions are clear, but help is easy to find if needed.

I have bought 2 forza 6 keys from the store and I really like how they included all taxes on the buy page instead of before you check out meaning yeah no hidden tax.

I got both of my keys same day and activated it without issues.

ONE COMPLAINT but its a minor one, as a first time buyer I had to be approved from their anti-fraud team that I can purchase keys which took few hours. But that's it nothing serious

So far so good. Had to wait a bit for the key, but it was working fine.

I have been used CJSCD Keys since around 2018 and it has been a stellar experience. Legit site with amazing prices and that is why my Steam library has over 300 games on it. Left Xbox and PS consoles due to inflated prices for games and hardware. I only wish there was more software available. I am very happy with this site.

They use a service called Autokey, which is known to be absolutely rubbish. I didn't get my key, and then when they do refund me, it's store credit unless they charge admin fees because they say it's not their fault. If the service is not working, and I don't get my product, whose fault is it?

unfortunately the activation key for windows 10 os home edition doesnt work on my machine. Tried previous 4 Cd keys and still it doesnt work. This product sucks and no refund. Horrible services. After an appeal three days later they decided to refund. Still not a pleasant experience.
