Started off friendly. I am a carer for a friend, and we had to cancel her appointment with CK Cars due to chronic pain and COVID. Being disabled with poor mobility. Can`t always be certain if you are going to be able to do things like mobile people. We cancelled in plenty of time so other people would get a chance to book the cars. We were informed due to those cancellations that we were NOT welcome there any more. Funny way to run a business. if it so slow you have to block people who cannot make a journey due to disability or poor health!!.

Thank you CK Cars and driver Mark for your excellent service and patience for our recent Prom party. Good time was had by all.

I called Sunday afternoon for a taxi to the train station Monday morning. After needing to check timings CKCars got back to me with a booking and were seamless. Turning up on time, and quick efficient transfer! Great service!

I used this company to take myself and 5 other passengers to Birmingham Airport. (First holiday abroad for 4 foster children) I could not fault the service. Kelly was so helpful friendly and made our journey excellent by having conversations with us. When we arrived at the airport she informed us were to go once inside the terminal. This really did help put my nervous at rest. Our return journey could not gone any better. Our driver Gary was excellent. He arrived on time and made us feel special. Again talking to us about our holiday. Also on offer was water fruit and sweets which the children loved.
I can not thank CK Cars enough for making the start and finish of our holiday beautiful. Will definitely be using again and I will be highly recomending them to my family and friends.

Super experience with CK Cars. Had a very early morning flight from Luton, was dreading driving and hate flying, Kelly very quickly organised our transport to and from the airport picking up at 2am. (Eurostar had been cancelled and flight was last minute). CK made a stressful experience a pleasant one, felt very relaxed on long journey and arrival and pick up at airport was seamless.
