I had a small issue with the dimple moses basket bedding set that I ordered being stained and slightly miscoloured.
I reached out to customer services and Rebecca promptly responded letting me know that she was arranging for a new set to be sent out.

I'm thrilled with the customer service provided & would highly recommend!

I contacted Clair-De-Lune to advise of an issue with my order. Within minutes I had a helpful and friendly response and a short time after, they advised a replacement hood for my Moses basket was on its way.

Absolutely fantastic customer services, after care. Messaged about a list part, very prompt response, part sent out within days. So impressed with this company, HIGHLY recommend.

We got 2 bassinets for our twin girls and they are beautiful. Sadly when we assembled one, we noticed one of the dowels had split. We spoke to Robyn at customer services and within 24 hours she had a new one on the way for us. Which more convenient than sending it back and getting a replacement. No stress and all sorted quickly! Can’t wait for our girls to use them.

I ordered a changing mat from Boots which was to be shipped direct from Clair de Lune. When it didn’t arrive, I contacted Clair de Lune and it arrived two days later!

Brought a Moses basket and stand in sage colour.
Really good quality and needed some help from customer service.
They responded quickly and resolved my question.

We received a sleep bag and noticed when we went to use one of the buttons had broke v so reached out to customer service. Robyn was so accommodating and arranged for a replacement up be sent which was shipped 40 minutes later! :-)

Ordered a high chair in the wrong colour. Staff were quick to change the order for me.

My box with with Moses Basket and stand. Arrived batterd and bashed. Not Clare De Lunes fault. HOWEVER on opening the box the STAND was not there. I contacted Customer Services. They asked for pictures 📸 which I sent. 2 emails later. The new stand is on its way. ABOSOLUTLY BEAUTIFUL PRODUCT. Amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE 👌

After receiving a Star Fleece Wrap as a gift, I ordered the next size up for when baby was bigger. This was just after the new year when there was a discount. I received the item and put it away for my baby getting bigger. Now that he is 6 months and the other is a bit tighter, I took out the bigger size, which says 6-12 months and when putting it on it seemed just as small as the original 0-6 month one. The label on the new one says 6-12 but holding it against the older one it’s the exact same size.

I then contacted Clair De Lune to see if they can help and spoke with Robyn. Robyn was super quick and helpful. Robyn sorted this and resent a bigger size to us. Absolutely great customer service! Definitely recommend the company, their items are just lovely, having hand the bassinets and some blankets from here too. The Star Fleece Wrap is something all babies should have as it’s so easy to use and baby keeps warm too. ♥️

We received our order this week and are so pleased with everything we got. We chose to get loads of bits from here as we'd seen them in various shops early on and it was much easier to order everything together now the due date is getting close.

The Moses basket is gorgeous, we chose the Organic palm with rocking stand and it's perfect, stand was really easy to build too. We haven't opened the sheets yet as I'm not due until May, but they all look lovely.
We also got the anti roll changing mat and matching travel one in the olive print which is so pretty and feels really sturdy and good quality. Some other bits were the organic sleeping bag and cotton knitted blanket, star fleece wrap, some muslin swaddles and squares and a hooded towel. Everything feels really soft and great quality so really pleased we chose to get it all at once.
Cannot wait to see our baby snoozing away in the basket 🥰

Their website states delivery within 1-3 working days. Last time I ordered, the items still hadn't been dispatched 10 working days later until I chased it up with customer services. This time I'm in the same situation, however no one has replied to my last email asking for an estimated dispatch date. I forgot what a pain it was last time and wish I hadn't ordered with them again if I'm honest!

Return policy is only 14 days and you have to pay £6 for the privilege.

My daughter received 2 of the same item at her baby shower, so I asked if one could be returned for a different item or credit note.

After a few emails, I was told 14 day rule applied and there was no discretion despite most people buying gifts for such an occasion probably buy well in advance as the great grandmother did to ensure prompt arrival.

This should be made a lot clearer up front when placing an order.

I cannot stress enough how frustrating this company are to deal with. Our cot arrived poorly finished - wood was rough and even had splinters in areas. After so much back and forth with them (which included delivery issues) we received 2 replacement sides and were offered a 25% refund. The replacement sides were also in poor condition though. A BABY will be touching this item, how can this company think it’s acceptable to send unfinished products?! So unsafe. I decided to keep the best 2 sides and will sand them myself - which is a huge waste of my time. I’m still waiting for the other 2 sides to be collected and have to chase every few days to get this done as no communication is forthcoming. Oh - I placed the order at the end of November so this whole saga has been going on for over 4 months. Absolutely ridiculous.
I wish I had read the reviews on here first, there are so many terrible ones and the ‘good’ ones all relate to solved issues, so the company messed up there anyway!
I highly recommend going elsewhere. No expectant or new parent needs this stress and hassle. Which a baby company should surely be able to appreciate. Such a waste of time. I really hope to have this wrapped up and my refund issued within the next week so I can draw a line under this appalling experience.
