Great customer service. My delivery was delayed due to issues with Evri. After contacting customer service, clair de Lune kindly sent out a new order for me with next day delivery to ensure I received my goods!

The customer service team were super helpful and arranged our missing items from our order to be replaced swiftly.

The items are beautifully made with good quality fabric. I had a problem with the courier but the Clair de Lune staff were really helpful and the issue with the courier (Evri) was resolved quickly. Great communication, thank you.

We brought a high chair which on construction found the sliding tray function was very stiff, and not able to use with the baby sat in it to remove it safely. We reported it and immediately as identified a fault with the tray. We were sent a replacement immediately and happy with the results.
Communication was really speedy, even over the Xmas period. Thanks.

My order got mixed up and there was an item missing. On contacting Rebecca at customer services I received a reply and order rectified within 2 days

I am very pleased with the fleece lined organic baby blanket I ordered. So soft and lovely. And will keep a precious baby warm during the winter months. I had an issue with non-delivery of my parcel but it was quickly sorted for me by helpful Robyn in customer service. I highly recommend Claire de Lune for baby products.

Excellent products and quick service. Something was not including the original package but when we mentioned it, it was quickly addressed and the part was posted to us ASAP.

Unfortunately the item I ordered was sent in the wrong colour but I contacted customer services and a lovely girl called Robyn sorted the problem for me very quickly.

Amazing products, prices and staff.

Recently had a baby who would not settle in their next to me cot. Was advised to try a Moses basket and came across this website with good reviews and prices.

I ordered a great priced bundle just before Christmas and called to see when delivery could be made. I noticed that they are in Manchester like myself and they let me collect it the same day from the business address in Wythenshawe, Manchester. Staff were lovely and the Moses basket and accessories are fantastic. Baby has been sleeping soundly every night since.

Customer service was outstanding. Very quick to respond and take action. Item ordered had a defect and they issued another which arrived next day just before Christmas. Best service I have had in a long time and purchase regularly online. Would highly recommend goods and service.

My partner and I contacted customer services as our dog had chewed the bottom support of our stand. The stand and Moses basket we absolutely love and are keen to keep it in pristine condition as we are expecting another baby.

Jessey and the team were incredibly supportive and helpful and offered to replace the damaged item free of charge as good will gesture leading up to Christmas which we massively appreciate!

Really helpful customer service when I couldn't find a missing piece for my moses basket stand. They replied immediately and offered to send out a replacement part which arrived very quickly.

Placed an order with Clair de lune and after 5 days nothing had been delivered. I emailed their customer services and they helped sort this for me. I always got a quick response, and I was hoping for some of the items as a gift so they made sure replacement package got delivered the next day for me. A shame there was a an initial issue but excellent customer service to help resolve the this.

ROBYN was amazzing....sorted out my missing item i purchased from Robert Dyas....who are the worst ive ever come across. Should have purchased from yourselves directly....politeness empathy, and proffesional. Sent out missing footmuff next day delivery...and with tracking number....took 2 weeks of lies from Robert Dyas.... thank you So much love the footmuffs, quallity is amazing too....

Great customer service. Responsive and sent out a replacement order the next day.

I placed my order on 27th November but didn’t receive it until 10th December. Customer service was poor throughout. I was told to expect next-day delivery, but the order arrived a day later than promised, costing me a day of work. No resolution was offered. Very disappointing experience.

Ordered a Moses basket from company direct . It never arrived by Evri as they said it was too large to deliver and was sent back to company .
Rang Clair de Lune Monday morning to express my despair , and spoke to a lovely lady who arranged for the Moses basket to be delivered by FedEx the next day . It arrived at 11am .
It’s just perfect for our new granddaughter .
Wish all companies I deal with were as friendly and efficient as Claire de Lune .
