Rather too late, I have read the reviews on Trustpilot. My experience is similar. Wrong items sent, then absolutely no response from them. Definitely a company to avoid!

I ordered 2 ivory pillow cases and they arrived stained, they are also the wrong colour and not real silk as advertised. I sent several emails and a voice message to their customer service but they are ignoring me. I would like to return their items for a refund.

Please,please do not go near this company, total scammer, take your money and do not honour orders. Ordered heatless hair curler on 17/12/22 and nothing. One email to say on their way and ignore my other emails, no refunds. Formerly kimbeauty room, check reviews on trust pilot.

Do not go near this company
I ordered 2 ivory pillowcases before Christmas but I was sent 2 grey ones. I have emailed daily and I have phoned numerous times.
I got an email on Christmas Day to say that I needed to send a photo. I did as they asked and have heard nothing since.
Absolute shambles of a company with no customer service at all. Avoid them

STAY AWAY!
I am not a happu client. I ordered 24K Gold Under Eye Patches and realized that I needed to contact customer service, but my email returned as undelivered. I tried calling the number on the website...Guess what? It's a cell phone number that no one answers (I guess I should have checked this first). As for my order, I don't know. Would I order again? NO.
