My car was hit by another car while mine was parked on the road and the damage was quite severe – wing, door, wheel arch and under-door trim. Via my insurers my car was taken to Claridges in Southport. I had the choice of two repairers - Claridges had by far the better reviews and I can see why. Although the repair took longer than I (or they) wanted as it was a long wait for a new door to be delivered, I cannot fault their very professional service. My car was kept safe and secure during the time they had it. I dealt mainly with George on reception as I kept in touch for updates on the repair. He was unfailingly polite and helpful and always answered the phone promptly too. I collected my car today and am very happy with the repair. The new door and other replaced/repaired areas look perfect and there is no difference in the paint finish or colour from the new front door to the original back door or wing. The car was also returned spotlessly clean. I hope to never need more car bodywork repairs, but if I do, I will be happy to go to Claridges again.

They repaired my damaged car perfectly in good time. The best bit was the excellent communication from their office. Car came back as new! A breath of fresh air in the car insurance repair world.
