Ordered Wed am a clumsy and awkward to handle long length of 160mm drainage pipe. Hoped for delivery within a week - amazed to hear the drive alarm go off at 7am the next day with a quiet (save for alarm) delivery - hope my dishevelled appearance at the bedroom window did not traumatise the driver too much! Good price - good product and strong competition for Amazon in delivery times!

Trough was good quality
Delivery experience was poor! This was second trough I have had delivered ! No issues on initial delivery years ago! This time driver phoned as said he couldn’t get up drive and turn around ! This is a complete nonsense as previous delivery vehicle and many other vehicles have had no issues! I actually had my house delivered on a vehicle ! Basically it was too much trouble for driver

Eash to order, reasonable price compared to larger countrywide stores. Good communication and delivery on time. Gentleman that delivered 12 x 100l bags of bark went out of his way to make sure they were delivered to the back garden, and where my wife wanted them. Great service.

You can't ask for a better service
You can't ask for a better service, we live up an unpaved lane which on the day of delivery (150kg of salt tabs) the driver was unable to get his truck up the lane and without word of complaint started to carry them to my home .. what more can be said .. Brilliant .. merry Xmas to all at Clarkes .. regards Jim
